Pretty nice and clean. A few things could have been cleaner - one bar of soap was opened and there was a dirty knife. Nothing major. The WiFi wouldn’t work.

Pleasant stay - Good value

We stayed in St Kitts building. Unit was dated and needed some very minor repairs done but overall very enjoyable !! Had all the amenities required for in-room cooking and coffee. All the appliances functioned properly. The bed was quite comfortable. The owner provided cooler and snorkel gear to take to the beach. Our room did not have beach chairs but there was a note to contact the office if we wanted them. You get a workout walking to and from the beach !! Onsite restaurant had a basic menu. The food was very good and competitively priced. Taxi service was readily available.

Fun for a long weekend or a month

If you are booking a "one bedroom" make certain it is truly a one bedroom. The studio apartments are listed as one bedrooms. Also, if you are not renting a car there are a few things to note. Sapphire beach is a $25 taxi ride from the airport. That is $25 each person and it is cash only. If you want to go out at night do not stay too late. Red Hook where the closest night life can be found is a short "safari bus" ride away. Rider beware: the safari buses go one way only and also they don't run very late into the night, again, cash only. You could get an overpriced taxi back to the apartment complex yet they aren't always around. Now if you plan to stay at Sapphire beach and not venture out it is a great place to stay. There are two pools and one has a bar/restaurant. The property is family friendly. If you are fine with hearing your neighbors beating cheeks or kids crying this is your place!
