This unit has been completely renovated. New floors, bathroom, granite countertops, backsplash, bed, furniture, patio furniture and 50in flat screen TV. Unit also has upgraded WiFi internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and St. John in the distance from your private patio. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina where you can do snorkeling trips or trips to neighboring islands, even British Virgin Islands. It's right beside the very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome. Drive 1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C unit keeps the unit very cool. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers, and night stands, great outdoor patio. Laundry available onsite and free movie rental at the office. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

The only negative thing for me was no backup generator. We lost power most days and one day it was basically all day. The only suggestion I would have is to get a generator. The pictures are very accurate. It was nice to have an iron and ironing board.

Great Spot!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is cozy and the location is really great. Sapphire beach is nice and you can even walk to Red Hook which is a massive bonus. Raleigh is very good at communicating and has a car to rent if you need one. Would rent again.

Loved how close this was to everything and especially to the ferry!! It was a cute place to stay at and the view was really nice. I loved that there was sunscreen and bug spray incase we didn’t bring any. The restaurant on the property was very good and convenient. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Great place with a view!

Excellent place to stay in St Thomas. Near Red Hook area and ferry to St. John. In house bars as Sapphire Beach Bar and Sudi's. All you need for your vacation. Also Raleigh is a great host. Definitely will stay again.

St Thomas condo with views

My stay was great. Sapphire village is a great location close to the red hook ferry and many restaurants and bars. The condo was all that was advertised very clean with a great view easy check in and communication with host.

Beautiful rental with a beautiful view.

The price for this beautiful rental could not be beat, and neither could the view. The rental was modern and comfortable, with good furniture and appliances. The extra goodies of snorkeling gear made going to the beach and doing some snorkeling a must.

Perfect Stay In The V.I

I was traveling solo for my birthday and this was the perfect condo for me. Everything looked exactly as it appeared in the photos. The view was stunning and the location is close to RedHook / East End. The owner provided a welcome packet which was very helpful. I highly recommend it!

Nice Condo!

The condo was accurately listed and described. It was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of sapphire beach and the ocean. The owner was prompt and helpful in his responses to all of my questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the Virgin Islands.

Exactly what we'd hoped for

This condo is exactly as the pictures show. Very nice inside. Bed was very comfortable. It's location is high up which gives spectacular views. Yet, the walk is short to the beach. Close to the ferry to St. John and dining. The communication with the owner was very timely. We will be back and bring friends, as well. Highly recommended!!

Lovely View

Had an amazing time and beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The room was on a big hill so make sure you're prepared for that. The stove did burn a little funny causing smoke in the room so we just used that less. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back! Oh and there was also gear you could use to take to the beach instead of renting it which was nice!

Fun in St Thomas!

My husband and I stayed at Raleigh's place in Sapphire Village for 6 nights in June. The condo was as described and everything was in working order and was clean. Raleigh communicated with me prior to the trip and was available when I needed to chat with him during our stay. There was snorkel gear, a cooler, beach chairs, etc available for us to use which was super convenient. We had provisions delivered prior to our stay and Raleigh helped coordinate the entry to the condo. Sapphire is definitely our favorite area of St Thomas with the close access to Red Hook and all of the amenities on the beach. There is a steep hill to walk up to get to this condo from the beach, but it did not bother my husband and I and we are pushing 40. We loved the island and can't wait to plan our next trip there!

Exceptional value!

The property was exactly as pictured in every way. Easy to access, plenty of amenities, convenient location, and unbeatable price! AC is outstanding, TV quality is top-notch, two fans that are both stellar, hot water in the shower, and just enough space for two people to comfortably enjoy their stay! Beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach towels, and two coolers included! Everything matches (dishes, bedding, bedroom furniture, patio furniture) which lets me know the host cares about the appearance! Sudi's is great, and one of the pools is right outside the building. I'd recommend taking a vehicle down to Sapphire or anywhere off property, as its not a walk I would voluntarily take if I didn't have to. Overall an incredible value for the price! I'd definitely stay here again!

I absolutely love vacationing in St. Thomas! It's great to have a place to come to relax and enjoy the gorgeous water and white sand beaches. I'm excited to share my newly renovated condo with you!

Why they chose this property

I spared no expense on this property. It has all new flooring inside and on the patio, granite countertops, backsplash and more. The bathroom was renovated as well with new sliding doors and toilet and floors. It has high end furniture, awesome artwork, full-size fridge, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkeling gear and coolers. I have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

What makes this property unique

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is exquisitely appointed and very comfortable. We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and less than a mile from Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment.
