About this property

This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular bar connected to the kitchen, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, marina and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, bar with bar stools, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time at Sapphire Village. Raleigh’s condo was close to everything: the beach, restaurants, laundry, the pool and ferries to other islands. Raleigh was responsive to every question and checked in to be sure we were settled. We’d definitely stay here again!

Quick but great stay.

My friend and I stayed here for just one night before starting our island hopping. Well equipped, seemed to have everything you’d need for a longer stay. Comfortable bed, great A/C, close to pool/bar and beach.

Great location; well stocked; nice people

It was a great location, The view from the beach is INCREDIBLE. Also convenient as it is close to Red Hook and the Ferry to St. John. Was easy to find snorkle or fishing trips at the onsite marina next door to our balcony. Easy to get to the onsite beach and restaurants. The pool on the beach is amazing, We were disappointed it wasnt actually a patio as the listing calls it. There is a nice balcony but no access to outside from there (different pictures on listing would help). You have to go up the steps and around to get anywhere. It was okay but not what we expected. Next time we will ask for one of Raleighs units on a higher floor so our view is not obstructed w bushes and a gravel road. But still a great place to be. But we could still watch a LOT of funny iguanas and enjoyed all the boating activity from the balcony The unit was well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom and beach equipment like coolers, towels, snorkle gear and chairs. I would like a throw blanket and a couple more table lamps and games but that's just me. Really it had everything we needed. Michelle in the office was so nice and helpful as were all the restaurant and shop staff we encountered. Snorkeling is fantastic everywhere. Everywhere you turn is another perfect beach w turtles and exotic fish. Had a great time! Thank you.

Perfect lovation

Perfect location between Sudi and Sea Salt as we chartered a catamaran from Red Hook. Raleigh took very good care of us.

I absolutely love vacationing in St. Thomas! It's great to have a place to come to relax and enjoy the gorgeous water and white sand beaches. I'm excited to share my newly renovated condo with you!

Why they chose this property

I really went over the top when renovating this unit! It has all new flooring throughout (even on the patio), granite countertops, backsplash, built in bar by kitchen, two 55 inch flat screens and more. It has high end furniture, bar stools, awesome artwork, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkel gear, and coolers. I am steps from one of the pools and have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

What makes this property unique

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is truly the best you'll find! We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and 1/2 mile to Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment!!
