Nearby attractions: Thônes centre ville 4.6 km, Saint Jean de Sixt centre ville 3.5 km, Crêt 2 station de ski 2.8 km, Aiglons station de ski 3.5 km, Crêt du Merle station de ski 4.1 km, Crête Blanche station de ski 4.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grand-Bornand 7 km, la Clusaz 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac d'Annecy 20 km. Hiking paths: les Aravis 100 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

Super belle vacances
Très bon accueil, le propriétaire est très sympathique, très attentionné et de bon conseil. Le logement est comme sur les photos, très propre, très beau et très confortable. Une belle vue sur les montagnes, commerce à proximité. Je recommande vivement. Nous y retournerons.

Inoubliables vacances
Grâce à la bienveillance de Serge, qui est très soucieux du bien-être des locataires et très agréable, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille avec nos deux enfants de 11 et 13 ans. Le logement est très soigné, le cadre est magnifique. Il saura parfaitement vous conseiller avec le sourire, les lieux et bonnes adresses à visiter. Un grand merci !

Arrivés complètement épuisés et stressés, nous sommes repartis sereins et reposés. Ce studio au style typiquement savoyard, avec un panorama exceptionnel, nous a enchanté. Et en plus, S. est un hôte adorable, disponible et avec qui il sera bon de rester en contact ! Merci s. :-)

Bon accueil du propriétaire superbe vue sur les montagnes . pour les personnes recherchant le calme car les stations ne sont pas très proches mais cependant le chalet est au centre de la région , parfait pour rayonner sur les différents massifs environnant

Très belle vue et au calme
Très bon rapport qualité -prix pour cet appartement situé sur les hauteurs des Villards S/Thônes au calme avec place de parking, au rdc du chalet du propriétaire, indépendant, fonctionnel, bien équipé et propre. Très bel espace pelousé, très ensoleillé, fleuri, équipé d'un salon de jardin, transats et barbecue vue magnifique sur la montagne. Un vrai rêve pour des citadins. Super accueil de xxx le propriétaire, un amoureux des montagnes et de la nature. Un grand merci. Nous reviendrons
