Nice place for the price. It was pretty clean but did have some cobwebs. One thing I thought was weird was when we arrived the washer was going and I had to fold a big load of towels before I could empty the washer stuff into the dryer. Not a big deal, but, I found it to be weird

The place was clean and big enough for large group. It worked well for our needs it was a short stay. Hottub wasn't very useful due to the location, no privacy from the neighbors. Location was good to easily get to Newport and Depot bay.

The Beverly Beach House is in a quiet neighborhood that is extremely close to all of the beaches we wanted to go to - Beverly Beach, Agate Beach, Devil’s Punchbowl, and the tide pools at Otter Rock. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining table and area are spacious, the beds and bedding are all very comfortable, the upstairs deck and view are delightful, the gigantic tv is great, and we had a wonderful family weekend. Our hosts were easy to work with, very responsive and helpful.
