Je ne recommande pas ce logement

Très déçue par cette appartement, le ménage n’était pas fait à notre arrivée. Sur la terrasse il y a une luge remplie de déjections d’oiseaux. Les chambres donnent sur une place bruyante le soir et la nuit. Il y a des traces de moisissures sur les murs… seul avantage c’est la vue sur le Mont Blanc.

Chère Manon, Nous sommes navrés d’apprendre que la qualité du ménage n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et nous regrettons que vous n’ayez pas sollicité notre assistance durant votre séjour, notre équipe aurait été ravie d’intervenir une seconde fois dans le logement afin d’assurer votre confort. Elle a par ailleurs été informée de vos remarques afin de garantir plus de rigueur à l'avenir et nous avons désormais installés des pics anti-pigeons. Nous n'avons néanmoins constaté aucune trace de moisissure lors de notre dernière inspection. Les propriétaires laissent effectivement une luge sur l'un des deux balcons et nous estimons que cela n'est pas encombrant, nous prenons toutefois note de votre opinion. Enfin, notre description indique le fait que le logement se trouve dans une situation animée, à proximité d'une discothèque et d'un bar, et nous regrettons les nuisances sonores occasionnées qui constituent malheureusement un facteur externe que nous ne pouvons pas influencer. Nous vous remercions de nous avoir fait part de votre expérience à nos côtés et nous espérons avoir la chance de vous accueillir à nouveau dans l'un de nos nombreux logements. Good location, for 6 persons very good apartment planning, clean, very beautiful views from windows, all necesary kichen stuff. I eas little bit worry about bac coments, but we were very satisfyed. All good. Just had problems with shower- time to time water was comming out from shower zone to bathroom. So all the time we were very carefull with this issue

Une bonne superficie pour cet appartement et un très bon emplacement. Difficulté pour se garer donc une fois qu’une place gratuite est trouvée, ne plus déplacer sa voiture.

Location bien située, résidence bruyante

La résidence est idéalement située aux pieds des télécabines de l'aiguille du midi, proche du Centre Ville, de la Gare SNCF ou du train de Montenvers... Commerces, bars, restaurants, tout se fait facilement à pieds. En revanche, la résidence est organisée de manière circulaire ce qui fait caisse de résonnance !! Une boite de nuit ouverte de 1h à 4h se trouve juste en bas de l'immeuble, ainsi que des bars musicaux... Même en dormant toutes fenêtres fermées, on entend... L'appartement est fonctionnel et spacieux, et la terrasse offre une très belle vue sur le Mont Blanc. La VMC tourne a plein régime et fait un bruit de hotte allumée permanent...

En ce qui concerne le bruit dans la rue, malheureusement, il y a parfois des facteurs externes dont lesquels notre société ne peut pas influencer. Bien que vos vacances n’ont pas tout à fait répondu à vos attentes, nous serions ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau dans l’une de nos locations.

Ventilation fan was VERY load. Not possible to get peace and quite. Toilet chair broken.
