Perfect Holiday

We spent a week in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The view of the glaciers is fantastic. It is very nicely furnished. We especially liked the proximity to public transport.

A month’s stay

We rented this property for a month. The chalet was the perfect home base for our activities in the Chamonix valley. It is very convenient to the train, buses, shops and restaurants and the chalet itself has a nice layout with beautiful views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Dru.

Great two storey chalet so close to Le Praz gondola

Great little challet set out in two floors with two bedrooms down below and access direct to car park right next to the property which was very handy to load the car every morning. The upper floor is a large loung area with integrated kitchen - really comfortable for a family ski holidays.

Chamonix Family Ski Trip

We were really happy with the stay at Sylvie’s Chalet in Les Praz. An easy walk to the gondola to access La FlĂ©gĂšre ski area, and only a short drive to Argentiere and the Grands Montets. The chalet was two stories with two bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor had a nice kitchen, dining area, and living room area, plus an amazing deck with unobstructed views on Mont Blanc and Les Drus.Sylvie was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Sylvie’s chalet to anyone that wants to be close to everything Chamonix has to offer without living in downtown Chamonix.We hope to be back in the not too distant future.

Tolles Chalet und unkomplizierte Vermietung

Ein tolles Chalet: Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemĂŒtlich (z.B. viel Holz, indirektes Licht) und dennoch modern. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass der Wohnbereich so hell ist und viel Sonenlicht rein lĂ€sst. Auch die Terasse ist wundervoll mit Blick auf den Mont Blanc und Aiguille du Midi. Der Kontakt mit Sylvie verlief super und unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung.

Tolles Chalet mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Insbesondere die obere Etage (Wohnraum und KĂŒche) ist toll. Der Ausblick auf den Mont Blanc und der Balkon hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

GemĂŒtlich und gut gelegen

Das Haus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich mit Terrasse und wunderbarem Ausblick. 7 Minuten zum Lift und zu einer Epicerie wo es frisches Brot gibt. Wir konnten unser Auto stehen lassen. Der Bus fĂ€hrt nahe dem Haus ab Richtung Chamonix. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und die Buchung und Zugang waren super einfach. Auch fĂŒr gute Wandertipps ist Sylvie gerne bereit. Gerne wieder, vielleicht im Sommer

Chalet superbe niché dans un écrin de verdure et vue exceptionnelle depuis la terrasse

Excellent séjour dans ce chalet confortable, décoré avec goût et d'une parfaite propreté.Rien ne manque, si ce n'est le temps de rester plus longtemps. Sylvie est disponible et réactive. Le quartier est calme et le chalet est idéalement situé (proximité bus, gare, balades à pied..) et finalement nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture. Nous sommes ravis et reviendrons. Un séjour magnifique au pied du mont blanc

Deja venu en 2019 , nous revenons dans ce chalet cocooning,propre, bien exposé et situé ......avec une vue imprenable sur les drus, l'aiguille du midi et le mont blanc! tout simplement Magnifique et reposant ! jamais 2 sans 3 nous reviendrons !

Vue inoubliable

Chalet trÚs bien situé, trÚs fonctionnel avec une vue sur la terrasse de la chaßne du Mont Blanc qui nous a ravi pendant tout le séjour. Jolie village, tout prÚs de Chamonix, au calme. Séjour à refaire sans aucun doute.
