Bon emplacement mais à rénover

Cet appartement à une trÚs belle vue. Cependant le nombre de restaurant situé juste dessous pose problÚme cÎté tranquillité ! L'intérieur est vieillot et mal équipé ! Matelas de la chambre à changer dans les plus brefs délais ! CÎté positif ; le parking situé en sous sol !

Appartement idéalement placé, fonctionnel et agréable. Le plus C est sa place de parking privative !! Seul bémol le ménage à notre arrivé était plus que sommaire !!! ( trace noire sur les portes, le sol ect)
