This Cape Cod home was clean, cozy, and a short drive to Dennis beaches. The house had everything we needed, and the quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property. It is immaculately clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The screen porch is a great place to sit and have coffee in the morning or read a book in the afternoon. It is in a residential area very quiet.. You need to drive to the beach but there are many nearby. The owner is very responsive and gets back to you very quickly for questions or concerns.

Beautiful home in Yarmouth Port

We had a great stay at Theres’s home in Yarmouth Port. The house was just renovated and all the furniture and decor are brand new. The home is beautifully decorated, and the furniture is all very comfortable. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and there’s also lots of closet space to put things away during your stay. The screened in porch is wonderful for sitting outside in the shade without worrying about bugs and the outdoor shower is also new. The house is stocked with all the essentials you’ll need. There are condiments and cooking stuff in the kitchen, shampoo and such in the bathrooms, laundry items, games, and lots of beach towels and chairs. The location in Yarmouth Port is great, close to 6a for getting around but on a side street in a quiet neighborhood. It is close by to lots of great beaches and restaurants. Therese was a terrific host, she was great with communication and responded promptly to any questions.

Unbelievably fantastic home in Yarmouth!

This pristine, beautifully decorated and equipped home was the perfect place for our family to stay while on the Cape. We loved the screened in porch and outdoor shower, the spacious living areas, the attention to detail and all the amenities. The beds were very comfortable, the closets and dressers great for storage, the sun-filled rooms with great shades for sleeping all made for an excellent stay. But beyond all of that, our host Therese, was one of the loveliest people to deal with. From our very first communication, it was clear that she was a most thoughtful, responsive individual. Just before we were planning to begin our trip, the concern about an approaching hurricane caused us to choose not to head to the Cape on the day planned. Therese was extremely understanding and even credited us for the two nights we missed! We were extremely appreciative and again recognized how fortunate we were to have rented a home from such an unusually kind and lovely individual. We would love to stay at this home again and would recommend this delightful home in such a perfect location to anyone traveling to the Yarmouth area.

Great House

Beautiful home with everything needed for a great vacation. The house was very comfortable and the screened in porch was a nice addition providing a great place to gather. Therese was a very responsive host who kept in touch and was always ready to answer any questions. All in all this was a terrific vacation home.

I grew up in MA but ended up living on the West Coast for a number of years. Every summer I would come back east to spend time with my family on the Cape. It has been a dream of mine to own a home here. I want everyone visiting to have a fun and relaxing stay and enjoy all that the Cape has to offer!

Why they chose this property

I love the layout of the house. It's location is so close to 6A, my favorite side of the Cape. There are beautiful beaches, charming villages and great places to dine and shop.

What makes this property unique

The whole house has been remodeled and everything in it is brand new. Central A/C, a screen porch and and outdoor shower offer opportunities to cool off on hot summer days. Everything has been provided for an enjoyable stay!
