About this property

Minutes to Six Flags & Castaic Lake! Private

Cozy little guest house with private entrance, little private side yard with table and chairs. Super comfy queen bed, full size refrigerator, stove and kitchenette. Private full size bathroom with tub. Newly built little boho guest studio in a super gorgeous, quiet and safe neighborhood. You have a private entrance and side yard with bistro table. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink, stove and barstools. Wardrobe closet with two snugly white robes and slippers. Large full private bathroom and a full range of motion tv with roku for movie night in bed. Every guest we’ve ever had said that this bed is the most comfortable bed they have ever had at a rental!!! Come stay with us!

The space
Safe, quiet little getaway spot, just minutes to Six Flags And walking distance to the lake and beach. Castaic lake is great for fishing, boating and swimming. There are TONS of paseos and hikes walking distance away!
Guest access
If you need laundry please let us know as we can do laundry service for you at an additional charge. If you are staying long term we can swap out the linens any time.

Enjoy your side yard with bistro table and your little guest house.
Other things to note
We have a large friendly dog on property that will be kept separate from you during your stay.

There is a curtain over your entrance door to block light and for privacy.

If you need anything at all please let us know, we have a French press, Turkish espresso maker, heavy blankets, portable air conditioner and many other “extra” things on hand if you should need.

We do live on property and have two kids and a dog and sometimes we have other kids and guests over so there can be noise heard through the bathroom door. We do vacuum and do dishes everyday as well so bring headphones or ear plugs if you want to block out our noise. We can’t hear your voices unless you are right up against the bathroom door, we can sometimes here dishes clanging but that room is insulated inside of the garage so you have a ton of privacy.
