Our apartment is perfect for the budget traveler. It's very clean and with about 950 sq. ft. Fully furnished in West LA area, just adjacent to Santa Monica. Brand New Furniture throughout. Functional appliances. Fully equipped kitchen and complete essentials. 2 spacious bedroom with 2 full bathroom. Huge living room and dining area. Parking available upon request. Close to local restaurants & groceries, such as Target, Smart and Finals, Ralphs. Wholefoods, Bristol Farms, Erewhon and tons of local eateries to go out to. UCLA and Ronald Reagan Hospital is just few minutes drive, SMC and St. John's Hospital is also very close. 3rd Street Promenade is just minutes away. Santa Monica Pier/Silicon Beach is just minutes away. Famous Venice Boardwalk is just few miles away. Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills are few minutes drive as well.

Too Many Problems

The location of this place was excellent, but the building and apartment are so old that things broke down every other day. We had many issues with bathroom and kitchen plumbing, a ceiling fan caught fire, and one day we came home to a massive puddle of dirty water in our living room from someone pressure washing by the front door. The host was very prompt and the maintenance man was great, but the inconveniences were hard to look past. I would stay somewhere else next time.
