Recently remodeled, beautiful West Los Ángeles apartment close to Santa Monica Pier (5 miles), Beverly Hills (6 miles) and Brentwood. Bike riding distance to UCLA. Enjoy the wonderful California weather from the condo balcony, or take public transportation to the beach (only 1/2 block to the bus that takes you to the beach in one direction or to UCLA, Beverly Hills, or Downtown LA in the other direction). Walking distance to various bars and restaurants, yet apartment is very quiet as it faces an interior patio. Condo has a small outdoor pool with patio, gym, underground security parking, and laundry facilities just down the hall. Remodeled apartment, including kitchen and bathrooms allows you to enjoy the feel of a new home!

I lived in this Condo for 20 years so know the area well. It is safe and surrounded by many attractions. I love the proximity to the beach going West, and several vibrant cities going East, including West Hollywood, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and of course Downtown LA. Close to freeways so it is easy to commute to any place in LA. This is a great location for your vacation or work related stay.
Why they chose this property
This property is just off the 405 and 10 freeways, so it is extremely convenient for where you want to go. It is also Brentwood and Santa Monica adjacent so right in the heart of the best parts of LA.
What makes this property unique
Washer and dryer in building on the same floor as apartment. Skylights and windows keep it light. Balcony is great for morning coffee. Recently remodeled and beautiful.
