Your vacation rental includes on one level: a large living room with kitchen area, 4 bedrooms (1 master suite with 1 160x200 bed with private bathroom - shower and sink) (1 bedroom with 1 180x200 bed)(1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed)(1 bedroom with 1 90x200 bed with office/games area), a bathroom (bath and shower, double sink), a toilet with hand basin, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, corner storage, cleaning, etc.). Contemporary detached house with a garden of 160 m², a gravel driveway with carport of 75 m², a tiled terrace of 25 m² overlooking THE SWIMMING POOL: 7x3.5 m, heated to 28° and accessible from the June 8 until September 20, 1.20 to 1.50 m deep, with safety cover. Please note: children are the responsibility of their parents. NO OVERCAPACITY AUTHORIZED This accommodation is reserved for leisure customers. On the heights of Pléneuf Val André in the foothills of the Flora stream, about 1 km from the Port of Dahouët, the Pissotte beach and the large beach as well as the town center, the Kermelins gîte brings together all these strengths. A treat: the swimming pool in front of the living room, the shops not far away, the entertainment, the miniature port, the GR34 coastal path... everything is there to have a great stay on the Côte de Penthièvre! This gite is the perfect place to stay to visit this beautiful area. The host is welcoming, very kind, helpful and available close by should anything be needed. Communication is excellent. We have never stayed anywhere where so many things have been so thoughtfully provided - lots of extras to enhance the holiday. The heated pool is an obvious bonus and the garden is south facing so the patio is in sunshine all day. The sunsets have been amazing. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The main social area is large and 7 guests would have plenty of room. Excellent beds and two big bathrooms - we slept so well no doubt helped by the electric shutters and quiet neighbourhood. The house is modern but has some old family furniture to give it character. There is a useful car port and a long drive. The garden area is very pretty and there is ample space for children to play. The gite is gated so safe. We were very impressed with all the areas we visited. So clean and flowers everywhere. The beaches are expansive and great for children to run about on. Should we return to this area, we would definitely stay here again. We were very sad to leave especially as we had hidden indoors the previous week in 40’ plus heat in Carnac! Wish we had stayed here instead. We are so glad we found this superb gite.

Absolument génial

Superbe maison, et super hôte! Tout y est bien pensé, nolwenn est pleine de belles attentions. La maison moderne et super equipee et vraiment tres agréable a vivre. Tres bien situee, il y a plein de choses a faire et a voir autour. Bien quil faille prendre la voiture, tout reste proche. Nous avons adoré !
