Logement dans son jus. Literie confortable mais odorante (odeur d’humiditĂ© peu agrĂ©able mĂȘme avec des draps propres). CanapĂ© trĂšs sale qui sent mauvais donc difficile de rester dessus. Pied de parasol abĂźmĂ© qui ne tient presque plus. J’ai l’impression d’avoir ouvert le logement Ă  mon arrivĂ©e. Des toiles d’araignĂ©es partout. Le micro ondes Ă©tait extrĂȘmement sale j’ai dĂ» le nettoyer pour l’utiliser. Abords de la maison peu entretenus autour d’une grange abandonnĂ©e. Des vieilles tĂŽles traĂźnent dans le jardin ce qui ne lui donne pas un cĂŽtĂ© agrĂ©able. Le dessus de la maison est abandonnĂ©. Il n’y a pas de support pour tenir le pommeau de douche dans la douche donc peu pratique. Heureusement que je n’avais pas prĂ©vu de rester dans le logement la journĂ©e car c’était finalement peu agrĂ©able

Große Wohnung mit traumhafter Umgebung

Die Ferienwohung ist hell, freundlich und gerĂ€umig (ca. 90 -100 m2: KĂŒche, Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer, dazu Bad und Toilette). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und schnell (auf Französisch). Lediglich bei der Ankunft habe ich die Nachricht der Vermieterin erst spĂ€ter bemerkt: Der SchlĂŒssel ist in einem Minisafe versteckt fĂŒr den man einen Code benötigt. Um das Haus ist ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Garten mit Terasse bzw. Platz zum Ballspielen und fĂŒr das Auto. Die Ferienwohnung liegt einzelnd, an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Allerdings befindet die Terasse auf der von der Straße abgewandten Seite. Auf der Terasse und bei offenen Fenstern empfand ich den StraßenlĂ€rm störend. Nachts bei geschlossenen Fenstern und FensterlĂ€den war es zum Schlafen ruhig genug. Die Lage selbst ist ansonsten traumhaft - in wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an verschiedenen StrĂ€nden. Das Wasser des Sees ist warm und sauber. Abgesehen von dem StraßenlĂ€rm kann ich die Wohnung empfehlen.

Un bon week-end prolongé

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. La maison est spacieuse, bien lumineuse grĂące Ă  ses deux portes-fenĂȘtres et bien propre. Si l'occasion se prĂ©sente, nous y reviendrons pour plus longtemps. Je recommande.

Notre séjour s'est avéré stressant compte tenu de la présence immédiate d'une route trÚs passante et du fait qu'il n' y a aucune clÎture. Ce point n'est pas signalé. C'est dangereux avec de jeunes enfants, nous n'avons pas pu relùcher l'attention. Autrement, la maison est trÚs bien équipé

Maison confortable, propre et agréable

Située à quelques minutes du lac d'Aigueblette et de la boulangerie de Saint Alban de Montbel, cette maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et trÚs agréable à vivre. Il y a un large espace dehors pour profiter des extérieurs. Tiut est pensé en amont pour vous faire passer un agréable séjour.
