Ground floor: kitchen, living room (1 double sofa bed 160x200 cm), 2 bedrooms including 1 cabin without opening to the outside (1 double bed / 2 single bunk beds), bathroom (bath) . On the ground floor, shared laundry room in the boiler room (washing machine and dryer). Terrace + courtyard + common grounds. Shared and heated swimming pool open from mid-June to the end of August. Lawn bowling. Summer kitchen with wood oven. Flag of character in the Aix countryside along the Revard, in the Regional Natural Park of the Bauges. Southwest exposed very quiet residential hamlet. Nice unspoilt meadows, hills and forests. Beautiful private terrace. Beautiful outdoor space very neat and flowery with swimming pool, bowls and summer kitchen. Superb very clear view of the countryside.
