Great location

Perfect spot to stay for a ski trip to Sunday River with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Nature trails at the end of the street and the Host is super responsive and friendly.

Our stay was short because we only needed rest for the night. However, check in process was super simple. This place was perfect for all our needs like shower, rooms/beds, kitchen filled with all necessities, great parking. There was plenty of space for everyone and kids would have a great yard area to play in.

Pleasant place to stay for a ski vacation

Our family enjoyed a 4 day stay at this place for a ski vacation. It's a house with no luxuries, just the basic that you need for an extended stay. Beds were comfortable, which is what I care most about. It has a garage, which is convenient. Mark was very responsive and accommodating. Nice place to stay overall.

the premises could have been a lot cleaner and the TV channels, etc. were very difficult to maneuver. Otherwise it was comfortable
