I looked it here! Everything was wonderful. I loved all the doors for light and air. Everything i needed. Shower was amazing! Quiet.I stayed for 2 nights. I was in B tiny home.
The property and nearby creek were lush, green and gorgeous! The cabin was clean, quaint and restful. I really wish I could’ve stayed longer!! I would definitely rent it out again!!!

Loved the secluded location, calm scenery, creek and animals on the property. Amenities were good, it was very easy to cook meals while there, good storage and lots of hooks around the house to hang towels, bags, etc. Although I wish they provided paper towels. Unfortunately the A/C unit only cooled one room down, and the rest of the house got very hot. With all of the curtains closed, the thermostat read 84 in the hot afternoon sunshine. Kind of a bummer we couldn’t keep the curtains open to enjoy the view. Also, the floors appeared clean but became extremely sticky shortly after arriving. It was almost as if someone tried to clean them with too much soap and didn’t rinse them off well enough. That was a nightmare to deal with, our shoes were loudly sticking and our feet became very gross and dirty from whatever it was. But no smell and otherwise pretty clean.
We pulled up to the property and we were both like, "hmmm, not sure." Once we parked and walked to the front of the tiny home, hovering above a lush green, roaring creek, we were in heaven! Can't recommend enough!
My friends and I loved the stay. We enjoyed catching the creek at high flow, the clear nights and the friendly goats! Hosts were very easy to communicate with.
Being a motorcyclist I enjoyed the seclusion of the property and the ride up the dirt road. Nice white noise at night with the creek running next to the house. Great star gazing. Inside as described, shower with good hot water. Unfortunately I could manage to get it cold, but that’s okay. I would rebook.
This tiny home literally sits over the creek. I could have sit and watched the river all day. It was lovely to sit inside and listen tbe the water. The property manager was quick to answer questions and was very kind. There are other buildings on the property but the way they are all positioned, it feels secluded. Would definitely stay here again!
Although we didn’t spend much time here as there is a lot to do in the area, we had a very cozy stay. Others have mentioned how the home is not level, i but it didn’t negatively effect our stay at all. The sound of the creek at night and in the morning is a wonderful experience I hope to repeat some day! We even had some deer visit the creek late at night ❤️ there are other rentals on the property but you feel so cozy and secluded in the tiny home!
This tiny cabin is great! We came to read and get away. It's very quiet and private. It feels spacious inside, there are several large glass doors providing great views of the creek which was still running in winter, and the owners are easy to get ahold of. You might not have cell service at the property, so screenshot your directions! The wifi is fast and worked great. We will be coming back!
This is such a perfect little spot to go and get away, I felt very safe while I was traveling alone and even though they were other houses on the property I felt very secluded in the tiny home, it was just absolutely perfect and I loved everything about it. The sound of the creek when I opened up the windows in the morning really started off my day the right way and I also like getting to pet the horses in the cows that were on the property it was such an added bonus. Thank you so much for hosting me and I will definitely be back ❤️
Perfect escape from the daily grind. Wanted a place to unplug and unwind. Small and perfect size for just us two. Amazing time for our honey moon. First time in Colorado and the snow is so much different from the little bit we get in Texas.. Driveway was a little tricky with the mud. But it didnt deter from our vacation. Would so come back!!

Three night stay
We had a nice visit but the Tiny House is tilted down towards the water. Enough to feel off balance when walking. Everything else was nice but I feel like others should know before booking. The water heater also only worked for the shower or first night and then we had to run the sink to get the shower to be warm.
The pipes froze the first night but the property manager was responsive and corrected the issue in a timely manner.
There was a large unleashed white dog and llama (didn’t mind the llama) but the dog approached and threatened my dog who was on-leash/ couldn’t be shooed away.. There was no human around for the white dog but I believe he lived in the nearby house. No railing on the deck, which extended over the a creek many feet below. Nice for aesthetic , but couldn’t ask my niece up to visit due to the danger to her small children. How is that code?
This is a fun tiny house location. We loved the sound of the creek running. At night they had solar lights that reflected off the water. It was so pretty. The bed was comfortable. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen was fine.
The combination couch/bed in the living area was the only down side. It wasn't a very comfortable couch to sit on and hang out for any lenghth of time and it was January so outside wasn't an option.
The parking space was horribly muddy. It was impossible to get in the house without getting muddy.
Personally I love the quiet and peace of the cedars and the stream. If you want to get away or just have a pleasant stop over, this is a good option.
Great isolated location. Not much to do in Cedaredge, Delta, about 25min away, has some decent restaurants. Close to Grand Mesa. Spring runoff in Kiser Creek is spectacular! Literally under your feet while standing on the deck, and loud! Im guessing the rest of the year it's about half as wide or less. My only complaints are that it wasn't as clean as it could gave been (there was dog kibble behind a curtain and some cobwebs in a light fixture) and back-up rolls of TP and paper towel would have been nice to have. Wifi was a little spotty too. I had very limited cell service. But a very cute place, perfect for a couple or a small family, nice amenities and a relaxing location. Host easy to reach.
