The house is perfect for a family requiring 4 bedrooms with one being for kids. There was a great living area on the lower level where the bedroom with the bunk beds is located. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms but there is a full bath next to one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is very nicely appointed and made it easy to cook. There is a wonderful screened in porch with a large table seating 10. The indoor table sat 8. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes and very easy. Would recommend renting or bringing a cart for chairs/umbrellas. We had a fabulous stay!

Perfect home for our family

The property was clean, well supplied, and had everything we needed for a fun week with the family. The management company was attentive and the whole process was a smooth one.

Property needs better cleaning, carpet in living room had 6 tiny beads on the carpet. I don’t think it was vacuum because and our children were playing there and it wasn’t clean. The hall bath has no hot water in the shower, so couldn’t use that shower. The refrigerator had a bottle of liquid in one of the draws still. The trash was full when we got there so no place to put our trash. The trash picks up on Saturday before checkout, then before you leave, it gets filled up by current tenants with their trash before leaving. So whoever comes in next has a full trash can to deal with till Wednesday. We enjoyed our stay and Its was a nice place to stay with small children due to the fact so close to the beach. Hopefully these will help will get the small issues taken care of soon.
