Ein Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht aber …

Mit dem ersten Eindruck waren wir erstmal etwas überrumpelt. Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück mit Hindernissen versehen, bei denen ich mit meinem Fahrzeug sofort hängen geblieben bin. Der Unterboden des Fahrzeugs beschädigt. Das Grundstück nur notdürftig und so weit wie nötig gepflegt. Bauschutt und Europaletten wurden direkt an der Zufahrt zum Haus gelagert. Eine Beleuchtung des Grundstücks leider nicht vorhanden. Die Ausstattung und das Haus wurde schon paar Jährchen nicht aufgepäppelt. Das wichtigste wozu ich mich verpflichtet fühle zu berichten ist ein Wildschwein mit dem man sich abends die Terrasse teilen muss. Das ist für mich, meine Kinder und den Hund nicht akzeptabel und mit Gefahrenen verknüpft! Die Lösung (oder halt keine Lösung) wo man Müll beseitigt (irgendwo an zentralen Stellen am Strand) ist ausbaufähig. Am Ende haben wir aus dem Aufenthalt bei dem tollen Ausblick, tollen Lage und gut klimatisierten Räumlichkeiten (trotz fehlendem Pool und Grill) die Ferien sehr gut verbracht.

Probleme gemeldet werden. Es ist uns wichtig, dass jeder Gast sich wohl bei uns fühlt. Dass Ihnen der tolle Ausblick sowie die angenehm Klimatisierung unserer Unterkunft gefallen hat, freut uns sehr. Obwohl es normalerweise keine Probleme mit der Zufahrt gibt, versichern wir gerne, dass der Zufahrtsweg überprüft wurde, sodass dieser frei ist. Wir bedauern, dass es zur Verwirrung hinsichtlich etwaigen Bauschutts gab jemand Unbekanntes hatte offensichtlich zu der Zeit Ihres Aufenthalts etwas am Eingang unseres Hauses abgestellt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Garten nicht als eingezäunt ausgeschrieben ist. Es tut uns leid, dass das Antreffen des Wildschweins den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Tatsächlich gibt es sie in der Region, man sieht sie zeitweise sogar im Zentrum von Ste. Maxime oder am Strand.

Ruhig, tolle Aussicht

tolle Lage mit Sich auf den Golf von Saint Tropez. Sehr gute Kücheneinrichtung. Einfahrt für Sportwagen ungeeignet, da hohe Puckel in der Strasse. Wasser in Haupt Toilette beim Eingang läuft nicht aber.

tolle Lage, ruhig, erholsam

Tolle Lage grosse Weitsicht auf den Golf von Saint Tropez, sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, generell schön eingerichtete Haus, einizg die hinteren Schlafzimmer sind nicht so schön, alt und dunkel, bei beiden Duschen läuft das Wasser kaum ab. Aber generell ein schönes Objekt zum Ausspannen, wir würden wieder kommen.

Très belle vue. Calme. Maison fonctionnelle mais état moyen. Literie chambre principale très inconfortable, un des bacs à douche inutilisable (problème d'évacuation). De la vaisselle laissée sale par les utilisateurs précédents. Pas de contrôle de l'agence entre deux locataires?

Schöne Terrasse und tolle Aussicht

Der Blick und die Terrasse sind hervorragend. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Abläufe der Duschen funktionieren sehr schlecht. Schlimm ist die Situation mit den Wildschweinen und dem Müll. Auf die Situation mit den Wildschweinen wurden wir vorab bei Ankunft informiert aber ohne Lösung. Regelmäßig musste der Müll von der Straße aufgesammelt werden.

Weiterhin wird darauf hingewiesen, und dass die Kontainer zu den Abholzeiten rausgestellt werden müssen. Wenn die Behälter ständig draußen stehen, kommt es vor, dass Wildschweine diese öffnen. Maison très froide avec beaucoup d'odeur d'humidité. Non clôturée. Salles de bains à l'ancienne avec bidet. Calme et très belle vue mer.

Ist das Glas halb voll oder halb leer?

Wir hatten den schönsten Meerblick und viel naturnahen Garten, mussten Wildschweine und Fuchs erdulden. Das Haus ist für Fans der Sechzigerjahre ideal. Die Abfallentsorgung war ein Problem. Mit einem Elektrozaun und einem Aschentonnenhäuschen wäre es keines mehr!

ruim, wat gedateerd huis op magnifieke locatie

prachtige ligging boven op berghelling op een paar minuten van de zee; schitterend uitzicht en volop privacy. Het interieur is netjes maar gedateerd. We hadden de indruk dat er wat comfort schuil ging achter de afgesloten deuren (zoals bv kussens voor in de tuinstoelen en de oven die in de meterkast uitgeschakeld stond). Het geluid van de drukke kustweg is, afhankelijk van de windrichting, wat luider dan je zou verwachten gezien afstand en hoogteverschil. Al met al wel heerlijke locatie!
