Schitterend uitzicht

De sterke punten van deze woning zijn het grote terras met een schitterend uitzicht en de rust en privacy. Gelegen in een prachtig park. Zwembad vlak bij. Verder is deze woning zeer eenvoudig ingericht. Aandachtspunten: auto noodzakelijk, niet geschikt voor mensen slecht ter been (van parkeerplaats naar appartement is iedere keer 60 traptreden klimmen. Ook in huis een trap)

Jolis appartement pas très bien équipé

Jolie vue mais accès difficile pas de congélateur juste un petit freezer pas de lave-linge dans l'appartement ni dans la résidence Impossible de dormir dans la petite chambre car moteur VMC situé juste au dessus.

Bon séjour

Bon emplacement, très jolie vue et à proximité de la plage. La piscine est très propre mais petite, elle est vite saturée par le monde. La literie est bonne a changer, le matelas n est vraiment pas confortable et le lave vaisselle est présent mais inefficace... dommage mais nous avons passé un bon séjour grâce à l'emplacement

Séjour agréable, très bon emplacement. Dommage que la literie est mauvaise et que le lave vaisselle lave très mal.... Piscine propre mais petite, elle est vite saturée par le monde.

Terrasse et loggia très agréables et magnifique vue sur mer. Piscine propre et très agréable. Mobilier vétuste : volets usagés et peu pratiques, placards vétustes, lave-vaisselle qui ne lave pas.

Cependant, nous souhaitons vous informer que le lave- vaisselle fonctionne désormais correctement. Gemengde gevoelens

Gezeten op ons zeer riante terras hebben wij 14 dagen genoten van het schitterende uitzicht, de privacy en de rust. Echter: de eigenaar mag zeer dringend wel eens een aanzienlijke investering in het appartement doen. De badkamer ziet er uit als in elkaar geknutseld door een goedwillende amateur, de keuken vertoont zeer amateuristisch gerepareerd kitwerk aan de gootsteen en bevat een vaatwasser die niet schoonmaakt en een oven waarvan alleen de grill het doet (ook bij de "oven" stand!), zodat de croissantjes er zwartgeblakerd uit komen. De (losgekoppelde) magnetron hebben we maar niet meer geprobeerd. Al met al zaken waar je wel "omheen kunt leven", want alles is verder wel schoon, maar je mag toch verwachten dat aanwezige apparatuur goed functioneert en dat alles er een beetje toonbaar uit ziet. Kortom: dit appartement wordt gered door de locatie en het superterras.
