Located on the 4th floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises :

## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris. Paradoxically, it's considered the most bourgeois arrondissement in Paris. It offers an excellent quality of life in terms of safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has excellent transport links and is only a few minutes from all amenities.
The Wagram-Ternes district, however, is much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs-Élysées. On the northeast side, you'll find the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old France and bobos.

## Transports
Line 13 is just a few blocks away (Station Brochant), and line 14 (the latest automatic line linking several Olympic venues) is a 10-minute walk away, taking you directly to the Opéra, Chatelet, or Orly airport.

For the Olympic Games, the apartment is less than 20 minutes from Concorde and the Grand Palais (lines 13 and 12), two major Olympic venues in the heart of Paris, and less than 20 minutes from Saint-Denis Pleyel to the north, in the heart of the Olympic Village (line 14).

Numerous supermarkets are close to the apartment for your daily shopping needs, including a Carrefour and a Super U (200 m from the building).
