This former barn in the heart of the picturesque village of Limeuil offers a charming experience. Let yourself be lulled by the birdsong and surrounded by nature.

Just a stone's throw away from the upper village, you can enjoy its beautiful alleys and the confluence for a refreshing dip.

It's an ideal destination to explore the Périgord, located close to Limeuil's panoramic garden, artisans, pebble beaches, restaurants, hiking trails, and the greenway. The accommodation is all on one level with simple facilities and is wheelchair accessible. It have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and toilet. There's a spacious living area to relax in, with a sofa, dining table, and kitchen. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house.

During the summer months, take advantage of the tranquility outside in the shelter. You'll have access to a terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol.

Please note, the house does not have WiFi, but you can use the village WiFi.

Household linen, including tablecloths, tea towels, and bath mats, is included in the price. However, bed linen and towels are not provided. You can bring your own sheets and towels or opt for an optional supplement of €23 per person per stay.

Mandatory cleaning fees are included in the reservation to ensure the disinfection and preparation of the house between tenants. The house must be left as you found it on the day of your arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, emptied and clean fridge and cupboards, cleaned visible dirt marks, and emptied bins). You also have the option to add a full cleaning option for €25/hour for 4 hours, totaling €100.
