About this property

At the end of the road, the house of 70 m², without any opposite and quiet, will seduce you with its pleasant garden of 1000 m² and its wooden terrace facing south.
On the ground floor, you enter a living room with a sitting area and sofa bed (with a real mattress for your comfort!), and a dining area.
Then you go to a large kitchen with dishwasher, then a bathroom / WC with walk-in shower and toilet suspended (Renovated in 2017).
Upstairs, a large and comfortable room, with a bed 2 persons and a bed 1 person, awaits you. (renovation 2014, bedding 2014)
Behind the house you can enjoy a new terrace area with garden furniture and outdoor dining (new 2015), you access the garden by a small staircase.
We are waiting for you for pleasant holidays in Périgord Pourpre, near very beautiful sights like Bergerac at 20 min, Monbazillac at 30 min, Sarlat-la-Canéda at 45 min, Limeuil at 20 min, Beynac, La Rocque-Gageac, the Château des Milandes by Joséphine Backer etc ...
A few hundred meters you can fish in rivers or lakes.
At 20 m, access to the forest for ballad and bike.
A 20 min by car, the Jacquou park for children with attractions and aqualud area, opens its doors.
Come to discover many gardens, castles, chasms, caves, typical markets etc ... nearby.
Enjoy canoeing, ballad in Gabares, hot air balloon trips ... to relax and take full eyes!

Oase der Ruhe

Kleines, typisches, sehr ansprechendes und gut ausgestattetes Haus auf dem Land. Nur wenige, sehr nette Nachbarn. Angenehm großes Grundstück, das fast vollständig geschlossen ist, was das Reisen mit unserem kleinen Hund sehr entspannt gemacht hat. Absolut ruhige Lage. Auto zwingend erforderlich, um nach Lalinde (erster größerer Ort mit Bäcker und Supermarkt) zu fahren, benötigt man knapp 15 Minuten. Kontakt mit Besitzer und Betreuer vor Ort absolut unkompliziert und immer sehr schnell und sehr gut. Einziges Manko, das für unsere Verhältnisse sehr schmale und kurze Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

Beautiful Property in a stunning location

We had a wonderful stay here and enjoyed every moment of it. The location of the property is just what we look for when we go on holiday, very private and secluded. The property is beautiful and we loved all the original features in the house. My only thoughts would be that a key safe or box could be used, especially for guests leaving early / arriving late. No criticism, just an observation that might help future guests and also Noelle.
