The Golf Villas of PGA are a collection of 2 bedroom and 2 bath condos within close proximity of the clubhouse and the PGA Resort hotel. This is a NEWLY REMODELED upper level 2 bedroom 2 bath golf villa with water and golf views from a large screened wrap around deck. FULL GOLF MEMBERSHIP AVAILABLE TO TRANSFER. Master bedroom has a king size bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Both bedroom are large and a split layout adds privacy. Large wrap around deck to enjoy the water and golf views. Two Community pools are the perfect place to relax after a day on the course. There are three TV's with almost 100 channels of cable. hi speed WIFI and is in unit.
Due to HOA restrictions no trucks, motorcycles or vans are allowed in overnight parking (minivans are ok). No Commercial Vehicles can park overnight.
