During your stay, you raised concerns regarding outdoor furniture and barstools, which we addressed and replaced promptly. These updates were completed while you were in residence. Regarding linens, the property is stocked in accordance with the listing and standard hospitality practices. Additional items beyond what is outlined are not always available on request, though we do our best to accommodate when possible. We also want to note that a payment dispute was initiated during your stay, which limited our ability to continue providing additional services beyond what had already been agreed upon and delivered.
