We loved this unit in PGA. It’s the perfect location to many places and restaurants. The furnishings were very comfortable and we appreciated the Roku tv! It was spotless and nicely renovated. We would love to come back again ! Thank you!

Perfect Location for Honda Classic

This condo was very clean. The location was perfect for volunteering at the Honda Classic! We would definitely stay here in the future.

Disappointing

The unit itself is nice but potential renters need to be aware of 2 important things: 1. If you need heat at any time during your stay, arrange that ahead of time. Temp was 64 at check in, we were told we could have more blankets! Then told the unit wasn't advertised to have heat, finally that they weren't sure the heat worked because it's never been used (impossible)!! 4 1/2 hours later the heat was turned on. 2. The golf course maintenance yard is right outside the window and at 6am EVERY AM the machines rev up, repairs begin...ok for early birds but if you'd like to sleep in past 6, this is not for you. P.S. I'll preempt the owner's snarky reply to my review to say she has a need to always get the last word...regardless be aware before you rent.

Great safe clean location

Even if you are not a golfer it is a great location with easy access to Jupiter and West Palm and Palm Beach. It was close to where my son was working out for baseball and it is near 4 spring training sites. Clean and bright with a great host.

This unit is beautiful, immaculate and very comfortable to stay in... the owner was very lovely

We loved staying in this unit....it appears to have been newly renovated and was very comfortable to stay in. The owner also accommodated us on very short notice!

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!

Do not rent this property!!!!! We did a one month rental March 7 - April 4. Soon after arriving, on March 12 my wife developed flu like symptoms including fever and cough. Given the rapid nation wide spread of Covid -19 we were justly concerned about my wife's health. We felt the best solution was to return home considering what was happening nationwide. We then wrote to the owner and asked if we could receive a credit for time unused or even a 50% credit. She absolutely refused. Upon advice from our personal physician we left the unit, on March 14, to return home exactly one week after our check-in. On March 13 a national pandemic was declared. On March 14 the president of VRBO issued a request to all home owners "to adopt more flexible cancellation policies in light of Covid -19 and offer full refunds to those who wish to cancel for concerns of their own well being." Once again we reached out to the owner to reconsider our request but once again she refused to refund any monies or issue any credit despite this national crisis. We have continued to write to the owner but has refused to answer or respond in any way. Do yourself a favor by never renting anything from this owner.
