Single-family house "Marica". In a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 3.5 km long motor access to 300 m from the house (via unmade road). Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 9.6 km. Please note: private mooring, on request. House situated on the southern shore of Pasman island, in the bay of Landjin, near the Kornati archipelago (national park). Parking at the owner´s house in Kraj. On request, in advance, the owner delivers groceries.
3-room house 45 m2. Simple and practical furnishings: 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen-/living room (2 hot plates) with 1 sofabed. Sep. WC. No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea and the countryside. Please note: private mooring. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Power provided by solar energy (220 volts, 1 kW). Possible to charge cell phone or notebook. Rain water only (tank). Outside, solar shower only.

Barbecue paradise

Located in quiet bay , protected from winds from all directions, no cars and bars, sometimes it is a bit too crowded with sailboats. If needed there is a restaurant with normal prices, 15 minutes walk from the house. Nice small clean house almost in water;) in the middle of olive tress garden. You may buy a lot of domestic stuff from owners ( fish, oil, vegetables..) ***** ..Perfect place for daily trips with seayak ( Kornati 5km, Vrgada 8km..).

Schönes ruhiges Haus, Warmwasser mangelhaft

Gute Lage, sehr ruhig, eigener Liegeplatz für Boot, super Grill, Betten und Räume sauber, überall Mückengitter. Nur Aussendusche, Warmwasser ist mangelhaft nur bei max. Sonneneinstrahlung. Küche Kaltwasseranschluss. Parkplatz 250m vom Haus entfernt, Zugang nur zu Fuss mit vorhandener Schubkarre.

Traumhafte Lage...

Eine Traumhafte Einzellage für jemanden der die Einsamkeit liebt. Für die Zufahrt empfiehlt sich ein SUV! Schlafräume und Betten sind OK. Die gesamte Sauberkeit im Haus war nicht io viele Spinnweben, Geschirr schmuddelig,Töpfe und Pfannen angebrannt. Zustand der Küche und der Toilette entspricht nicht dem Standard der umliegenden vergleichbaren Häuser! Gartenmöbel sin Monoblocks ohne Polster, drei Tischdecken draußen übereinander alle verschmutzt. Kommunikation vor Ort sehr schlecht,da kaum Englischkenntnisse des Vermieters.
