Clean, comfortable

Overall this is a cozy basement apartment. The owner lives upstairs but we had no contact other than text messages, as there is a separate driveway and entrance. The only change would be lighting in the living/kitchen area. It seemed a little impersonal having office type fluorescent lights, but that is my opinion.

The attention is in the warm, surprising details.

Kathy is one of the most communicative and accommodating hosts we've experienced. I do not want to spoil your surprises, but I will say she also has info for near dining, hiking, ozark experiences, maps, books...which we took with us on our adventures there! So helpful. The VRBO and yard is more spacious and beautiful than photos show. A must stay!

Great experience!

The accommodations that Kathy provided were fantastic! She was quick to reply if I had any questions and was extremely accommodating. When I first came to the apartment, she had set out two small loaves of bread from a bakery, coffee for the Keurig machine, tea, and extra toiletries. I stayed here for a week on my fieldwork experience, and the apartment was very quiet, cozy, and easily accessible. I highly recommend staying with Kathy if visiting Harrison, AR!
