Loved the little garage/cottage! It was cozy and all of the windows let in so much natural light - made mornings so nice (even the rainy ones). UrbanNashville was a wonderful host! Very quick to get us what we needed without a question and asked if there was anything else! So good! Will definitely book with them again!!

Cozy / great locaton

We had an amazing time at our stay! This is the perfect location. It was 1 block from my favorite coffee shop frothy monkey! I come to Nashville a lot, so if you want to stay in 12 south- this is the perfect location! We had everything we needed and It was the perfect size for 4 guest! I would use this place again!

Guest house

I thought the property was well maintained, I loved that it was close enough to downtown Nashville to enjoy it but also far enough away with other things to do. The property manager was very responsive, we were able to check in a little early which was nice after a 13 hour car ride. Had everything you need for a short stay.
