Lovely light, modern apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment - it's light and modern, nicely furnished and well-equipped, and only a short walk from the beach. Mala and Andre were very helpful both with the booking arrangements and our stay. Recommended.

Une vue sur mer quelque peu bruyante.

Une belle propriété qui nous a laissé quelques surprises à notre arrivée. Une impression de ménage non fait. Une multitude de fourmis ont envahi aussi bien la cuisine que la salle de bain. Nous avons quand même réussi à nous en débarrasser au bout de quelques jours. Les équipements tels que le four (absence de plat) le barbecue très sale, la hotte qui ne fonctionne pas, le coin repas sur la terrasse inconfortable (assises inadaptées). Et nous finirons ce petit tour d'horizon par un environnement assez bruyant.

Bonjour Madame, je suis sincèrement désolée que notre bien n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Il aurait fallu simplement signaler les problèmes à notre concierge qui est là pour les régler immédiatement, notamment le ménage qu'elle fait très bien habituellement. La hotte fonctionne bien, il suffit de tirer le volet vers vous. Le four était en effet très sale et j'ai signalé le problème à notre concierge. Les plats pour le four ont malheureusement été laissés dans l'autre appartement, sans doute quand les deux sont loués par un grand groupe. Enfin, le restaurant Rikou à proximité organise en effet des concerts live de musique pendant les vacances d'été, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas y faire grand chose à part apprécier la musique avec un bon verre de rosé sur la terrasse. Le propriétaire du Rikou changeant, peut-être que cela sera plus calme cet été. Merci encore pour commentaires qui nous aident à améliorer notre service.

Cette location est très bien située dans Leucate, non loin du bord de mer, et proche de belles balades à faire sur le plateau et vers le phare. Spacieux, l'appartement est récent, bien équipé, climatisé et dispose d'une magnifique terrasse qui permet de profiter de vues sur la mer et le Canigou.

Tolle Wohnung und tolle Umgebung

DER Checkin fand mit dem Deutschsprachigen Hausherren statt und war sehr angenehm. Er Informierte uns über die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Umliegende Gastronomie. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, besonders die Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern sind zu erwähnen, wirklich top. Der Traumhafte Sandstrand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Sommerferien Leucate Plage

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen im Juli in Leucate Plage. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Feriendörfern der umgebenden Strände blieb der Ort von grösseren Bausünden verschont. Die Wohnung entspricht sehr genau der Beschreibung im Inserat. Für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder ist genug Platz. Auf der Terrasse hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Am breiten, herrlichen Strand (5 min zu Fuss) findet man immer einen Platz. Für Leute, welche es gerne sehr ruhig haben ist die Lage wahrscheinlich weniger geeignet, zumal die Strasse unterhalb der Wohnung in der Hochsaison stark befahren ist und der gegenüberliegende Campingplatz an einzelnen Tagen mit lauter Musik bis spät in die Nacht auf sich aufmerksam gemacht hat. Beides hat uns allerdings nicht wirklich gestört und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Traumhafte Terrasse und gute Lage

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern wunderschöne 14 Tage in Leucate verbracht. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausstattung, insbesondere die Klimatisierung hat gute Dienste erwiesen. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich wunderbar und außergewöhnlich groß, ein Gasgrill sorgt für kulinarische Lebensqualität. Bäcker und Gemüsegeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie der Supermarkt im Ort machen die Versorgung denkbar einfach. Strand und Wasser sowie die nähere Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen, der Ort hat im Gegensatz zu manchen Bettenburgen an der Küste Charme. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt. Vielen Dank.

Tolle Wohnung, sensationeller Blick auf Meer und Etang

Wir hatten zu viert, zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der hervorragend ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung mit der sehr großen Terrasse hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf Meer und Etang. Selbst Anfang November hatten wir noch die Gelegenheit den Grill jeden Abend zu nutzen. Das Meer/Strand ist zu Fuss gut in 5 Min. zu erreichen. Für Surfer gibt es einen großen Abstellraum und einen Parkplatz direkt daneben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist exzellent. Die Versorgung durch den Carrefour ist optimal (5 Min mit dem Auto). Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung / Great Vacation Rental

Absolute top Wohnung in Laufnähe zum Strand. Wir waren zum Ende der französischen Ferien in Leucate, sodass die zentrale Lage uns aufgrund des abnehmenden Verkehrs absolut nicht gestört hat. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand und sowohl der Bäcker als auch der Gemüseladen sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. In der Wohnung fehlt Nicht, es ist alles bis ins Detail bedacht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Dass die Vermieter selbst Kinder haben ist von großem Vorteil, denn auch für die Kleinen ist alles da. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und sowohl vor als auch während der Urlaubs immer ansprechbar. Leucate ist ein toller Ferienort. Der Strand ist nie überfüllt gewesen und die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsziele. Wir werden wieder kommen! Truly great vacation rental in a top location walking distance to the beach. We spend two weeks here at the end of the French Holiday period. Although the Appartement is centrally located it wasn't too noisy. It might be different during the peak high season. The bakery and the vegetable vendor are close by and the beach is just minutes away. The owners have spend money and thought on the interior. There is really nothing missing. The Appartement is great when travelling with kids, the owners have kids themself and so even the little ones get good equipment. The owners have been very friendly and helpfull before and during our stay. Leucate is a great place. The beach has never been crowded during our stay and the surrounding area has many places to visit. We will be back!

Tolle Wohnung an bester Lage im vielseitigen Leucate

Im Juli 2017 verbrachten wir, 2 Erwachsene & 1 Kind, 2 Wochen in der lichtdurchfluteten und grosszügig eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, die Essecke gemütlich, die Zimmer mit Einbauschränken und komfortablen Betten, ein helles Badezimmer und im Parterre gibt es einen Abstellraum (Bsp. für die Badeutensilien) mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Jeder Raum verfügt über Fenster, Klimaanlage und elektronischen Storen. Die 40m2 Terrasse mit herrlicher Aussicht lädt zum verweilen ein und ist mit Sitzgruppe, Tisch, Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirm usw. bestens eingerichtet. Der herrliche Sandstrand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar was wir sehr schätzten. Zu Fuss erreichbar sind Früchtehandler, Comestible- & Presse-Läden, Pizzerias, Restaurants, Kinderspielplätze usw. Die Vermieterfamilie (wohnt nicht im Haus), ist mehrsprachig, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Nochmals vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit Familie Zobolski!

AGREABLE SEJOUR

L'appartement est vraiment magnifique et très bien équipé. On s'y sent comme à la maison. La grande terrasse est très appréciable et la vue est époustouflante (mer et Canigou). Les propriétaires ont été disponible pour toutes nos questions et demandes avant et tout au long de notre séjour. En bref un excellent endroit pour passer de très bonnes vacances.
