Our stay was just perfect!

Reginald is a great host & I would definitely recommend staying at his home. The house was very clean and fully stocked with the proper house essentials needed for our stay. He made sure we were informed with the check in/out process and knew where house essentials were located in his home. The fridge was stocked with bottled water upon our stay, each bedroom equipped with clean, fresh, folded towels & the air conditioning was already running. He made recommendations to local restaurants and attractions and messaged us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighbors are warm & welcoming. We enjoyed relaxing & chatting with them on the front patio! Overall it was a great experience!!

A wonderful stay with lots of personalized attention from owners all along the process. The proximity to the college was truly a game changer and we appreciate the overall experience!

This property has been is my family since attending college in the area. Beautifully maintained with heavy hardwood doors and floors throughout. Renovated in the early 1990's to include 3 full 'old school' size bedrooms upstairs plus separate sitting area. Updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances

Why they chose this property

The property was purchased for its proximity to the numerous educational institutions nearby, several within walking distance when public transportation was lacking in the area. Today the house is in close proximity to the same schools and the choices have widened to include Morehouse Medical School, Georgia State University and several charter schools.

What makes this property unique

The neighborhood remains family oriented where neighbors still speak as they walk to the nearby breweries and grocery store. An oasis 3 miles from Mercedes Benz stadium, 2 miles from several HBCU schools and universities.
