Podere Rasenna is a restored farm in a panoramic, hilly position, not far from the castle-vllage San Miniato (12 km) and the cultural city of Pisa. Not far away from the beaches of the Versilia coast, it is the ideal starting point, to combine cultural and bathing holidays. There are also olive groves, forests and a large garden with furnished outdoor area, which belong to the property. In the middle of the green area, there is the pool with sun terrace, outside shower and dress room/WC. Swimming-towels are available for the clients. There is also a large, furnished veranda for open air dining. The house is furnished in Tuscan style and has also some antique pieces of furniture. Exposed beam ceilings, natural stone walls and orginal round arches. Beautiful country house "Podere Rasenna". 3 km from the centre of Marti, 6 km from the centre of Palaia, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, in the countryside. Private: large, beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 19.Apr. - 04.Oct.). Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: spa area, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr. (extra). Motor access (800 m via unmade road). Uns hat es sehr gefallen im Ferienhaus Podere Rasenna. Der grosse Pool mit dem Poolhaus war traumhaft und das Haus mit dem Sitzplatz haben wir sehr genossen.

Séjour automnal en Toscane

Une semaine en octobre passée dans un cadre idyllique à l'écart du village de Marti sur un grand domaine (olivier, cyprès). Pour trouver la maison, suivre le chemin non goudronné, en gravier, sur environ 800m (première maison à droite, l'accès au domaine est fermé par une grille en fer forgé). Propriétaires adorables, qui nous avaient même préparé un panier de spécialités italiennes pour notre premier repas. Il y a plusieurs supermarchés à quelques minutes en voiture, ouverts le soir jusqu'à 20h et même ouverts le dimanche matin. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle piscine, mais l'eau devient un peu froide en fin de saison (mi-octobre). La maison est vraiment grande, très bien tenue et conforme à la description et aux photos (accès internet Wifi près de la piscine et sur la terrasse). Elle est idéalement située pour visiter la Toscane: les principales villes (Pise, Florence, San Gimignano, Lucques) sont à moins d'une heure de voiture, Sienne 1h30. En résumé, une belle adresse à retenir.

Idylický pobyt v Podere Rasenna

Naše devítičlenná skupina výtvarníků strávila inspirativní a odpočinkový týden v krásném kamenném domě uprostřed olivovníků, rozmarýnu, vavřínů, levandulí a bambusového háje. Dům se zahradou a bazénem nám poskytl fantastický azyl a pohodlí a pro naši nesourodou skupinu i dostatek soukromí, pokud jsme chtěli. Kuchyně je dostatečně vybavená pro vlastní vaření, k venkovnímu grilu patří příjemné stolování pod pergolou. Druhý otevřený dům je dostatečně vzdálený od hlavní budovy a je možné v něm odpočívat, malovat apod. Podere Rasenna leží v srdci Toskánska a je ideálním výchozím místem pro podnikání výletů po Toskánsku. Přístupová cesta posledních asi 600 m po úzké cestě vzhůru do kopce je vhodná spíš pro běžná osobní auta a je tak trochu dobrodružná. Ale zvládli jsme ji i tranzitem.
