PRIVATE POOL - FARMHOUSE FATTORIA LA PIEVE - Villa VIGNA 8 km from Pisa

The Villa is located in a dominant position over the picturesque town of Calci (reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot), surrounded by the centuries-old olive trees of our farm. The Villa is completely independent, all rooms have a private bathroom, there is a large kitchen and a beautiful living room with fireplace, as well as a large garden and a private, panoramic swimming pool. The wi-fi is free. THE POOL IS OPEN FROM MIDDLE OF MAY TO THE LAST SATURDAY OF SEPTEMBER. THE POOL IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GUESTS OF THE HOUSE AND USE IS NOT ALLOWED BY OTHER PEOPLE OUTSIDE THOSE STAYING IN THE HOUSE. Pisa can be reached in about 10 minutes. Lucca in about 20 min. Florence in about 50 min. 2 km away is the Certosa di Calci, where you can visit the Natural History Museum and the beautiful interiors of the convent. IN THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST WE RENT ONLY FOR WEEKLY OR MULTIPLE WEEK PERIODS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. FREE WI-FI.
THE ROAD TO REACH THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR VANS, MINIVANS OR LARGE MPVs. CARS ONLY.

Amazing location

The villa is beautifully located with stunning views over Calci and the valley. Large pool! Some nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to drive into Pisa. Tommaso was an excellent host and very helpful!

We have a beautiful stay at the villa. A great view of the area and most amenoties you need for a holiday. The pool area is nice with space for alø guests. Tommaso is very easy to communicate with!

Fantastic stay in Italy

Amazing location and great farm house all around. We spent two weeks there as a family, exploring the area. This is a great location for day excursions around Tuscany. Tomasso is a fantastic host, very attentive and responsive. He gave us great suggestions for local restaurants and also for places to go in Florence etc. we loved our time here.

We spent a wonderful week at Tomaso's lovely Villa situated on a hillside in an olive grove. The Villa was clean, spacious and had the feel of real Tuscany. We all loved the pool, and the views are amazing. A special treat were the thousands of fireflies lighting up the evening as we played cards on the terrace after dinner. Tomaso is a great Host: Great communication, friendly, helpful, discreet.

Villa on the hill slope surrounded by olive trees

The property has fantastic location with a view on Calci Valley. Over 300 years old house with four spacey bedrooms in short driving distance from Pisa and Lucca. The host is extremely supportive and communicates well. It is rather not suitable for disabled people and driveway to it (steep narrow road) can be challenging for some.

Lovely secluded property with charming character and fantastic views

Spacious property, perfect for my family of 10. Tomasso was extremely helpful and communication from start to finish was superb. A car is recommended but not absolutely essential as the village of Calci is only a 10 minute walk. The track to the Villa from the road is suitable for a car/suv only, nothing bigger! The property is very private and secure and sits at the end of a gated road nestled in the side of the hill overlooking Pisa in the distance. The pool is the best feature of this property!

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, gutes WLAN, fußläufig zum Ort, wir haben das Auto unten stehen gelassen und den steilen Weg vermieden (so schlimm ist der allerdings gar nicht), der Pool ist grandios, sehr sauber mit wunderschöner Aussicht, die Betten bequem. Zwei Hängematten zwischen Olivenbäumen perfekt zum relaxen. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind leider nicht sehr bequem, die Küche nur ok ausgestattet, es waren keinerlei Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, Spüllappen/Bürste oder Schwamm vorhanden, es standen zwei volle, stinkende Aschenbecher am Pool und auf der Terrasse, deshalb bei Sauberkeit nur 4 Sterne.Insgesamt kann ich es sehr empfehlen.

Tommaso hat ein wunderschönes Haus mit beeindruckender Geschichte in einer tollen Umgebung. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Unterkunft, die mit allem ausgestattet war was man brauchte. Jedes der 4 Zimmer war mit einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet, was für eine große Familie sehr praktisch war. Unser Highlight war der Pool - er ist riesig, sehr sauber und die Aussicht war einzigartig. Tommaso war in jeder Situation sehr hilfsbereit und einfach zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Eine Challenge war die steile Auffahrt, die man nach den paar Tagen aber gut meistern konnte.Vielen Dank für die Zeit in deinem Haus Tommaso!

Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette maison perdue au milieu des oliviers. La vue imprenable de la terrasse et de la piscine est indéniablement un plus. La piscine est magnifique et bien exposée. La maison est très rustique, mais bien équipée et bien agencée. Les salles de bain mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Notre hôte Tommaso est très disponible et réactif pour répondre à nos demandes. L’accueil est vraiment impeccable. Je recommande !

Das Haus bietet einen Super Ausblick auf Calci und Umgebung. Der Pool ist wunderbar und man hat seine Ruhe und ist doch schnell in Calci und den großen toskanischen Städten oder an der Küste. Sehr nett war auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Genau so wie vorgestellt! Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wie beschrieben. Sehr zu empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil ist die steile Auffahrt zum Haus, die eigentlich nur mit einem Allradantrieb möglich ist. Ansonsten war alles perfekt!

Schönes altes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist ein altes, in den Hang gebautes Steinhaus mit eigenem Pool. Der Pool ist herrlich, mit tollem Ausblick. Die Terrasse mit dem Esstisch ist ebenfalls sehr schön und gemütlich, da man dort den ganzen Tag über Schatten findet. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem an der Küche und den Bädern merkt man es. Es ist aber alles sauber und gut in Schuss gehalten. Die unteren Räume sind eher dunkel, aber man hält sich im Sommer nicht viel drinnen auf und die Räume sind dadurch auch bei großer Hitze kühl. Die oberen Räume unter dem Dach sind hell, aber dafür auch sehr heiß. Zum Glück gab es eine Klimaanlage, dadurch war die Hitze beim Schlafen kein Problem. Die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem. Die Lage ist großartig. Es ist ein kleiner Spaziergang in den Ort (ca. 10 Minuten), wo man alles findet, was man braucht. Gute Restaurants, einen Supermarkt, Bäckereien, einen Eissalon, eine Apotheke und auch einmal in der Woche einen Markt. Wir konnten somit an etlichen Tagen das Auto stehen lassen, was sehr angenehm war. Die Nähe zu Pisa und Luca ist super. Ganz besonders möchte ich den Vermieter, Tommaso, loben, er war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und nett. Wann immer es eine Frage gab oder etwas repariert werden musste, er hat sofort geantwortet und war innerhalb kürzester Zeit zur Stelle. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Es war alles wunderbar

Das Haus liegt ca. 12km außerhalb von Pisa am Rande eines kleinen Ortes. Wer Halligalli und das Leben als Nachtschwärmer sucht, sollte sich was anderes suchen. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub! Thommaso ist unglaublich hilfsbereit.

In besten Händen

Das Haus liegt fantastisch, der Pool und die Terrasse sind sensationell. Die Zimmer sind sehr charmant und die Möbel antik. Manches wirkt etwas improvisiert, Türen schließen nicht richtig oder klemmen, die Betten brauchen neue Matratzen und das Haus einen neuen Anstrich. Aber all das wird aufgewogen durch die wunderbare, fachkundige und sehr sympathische Betreuung durch Tommaso. Ohne seine Tipps wäre der Urlaub nur halb so schön gewesen!

Heel mooi huis. 4 slaapkamers met elk een badkamer -> groot pluspunt. Mooi en heel verzorgd zwembad. Prachtige omgeving en ideaal om bijvoorbeeld Pisa en Lucca te bezoeken.
