This 56 m2 apartment is typically Parisian Haussmanian style (sleeps 5). The building is west of MONTMARTRE, 2 mn walking from Sacre Coeur by charming stairway. It stays 200 yards from the LAMARCK-CAULAINCOURT subway station.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor (“noble floor” with a balcony, see photos) and the building is equipped with an ELEVATOR.
• A long balcony runs along the bedroom and the living room windows. Those two rooms benefits of wooden floors and are linked with typical glass and wood doors.
• The living room is a warm place. It is furnished with a convertible sofa for 2, armchair and a chimney.
