Lovingly restored treehouse with pool for Families close to Southampton Beaches

Completely renovated Duplex house close to bay or Southampton beaches.
Upstairs: Master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom and back balcony. Full kitchen, living room, cozy fireplace (burning ethanol), front porch with seating for 8 and bbq.
Downstairs there are three more bedrooms; one with a queen bed, one with a bunk bed (full and twin) plus a cot; the third is currently converted to an office but a spare queen bed is available. There is a second bathroom downstairs.

We absolutely love the location. 1:30h without traffic to the city and just in the middle of everything. 10 min to Westhampton, 7 min to Citarella, 10 min to one of the best Hampton beaches, 10 min to the Southampton Village.
