Excellent spot to stay for Cooperstown all star village. Walkable to restaurants and bars too. Highly recommend Nick’s diner and Tiger Sushi while there. Owner communicated great from day 1 of booking. Excellent rental for the week!

Great spot for baseball families!

This is the ideal location to stay if you have a kiddo playing at Cooperstown All Star Village. Very close to the fields & to some great local eats. Check-in & out was a breeze, house was clean & matched what was advertised.

Pictures provided do not align with the housing nor with the community. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere, we had to leave IMMEDIATELY within a 10 minute arrival window and thankfully found elsewhere to book. Incredibly disappointed by the misleading listing for this home. The owner, maintenance guy and cleaners are all family and when we arrived all doors were unlocked opened as were the downstairs windows which several wouldn’t properly latch. Save yourself a police report and book elsewhere.

Oneonta Baseball!

Perfect location for Cooperstown All Star Village. We were only a few minutes from the fields and located so close to downtown Oneonta that we got to enjoy so many local restaurants. Other families on our team were jealous of our location!

Great stay for All Star Village

This was an fast location from the ball fields and it was clean and exactly as described. Not a lot of frills for cooking but we ate out every meal anyway.

pros-looks like photos, clean cons-very steep stairs, no amenities (no coffee, no shampoos) Be prepared that the coffee maker is a keurig and there were no coffee pods. We went and bought a drip coffee maker and coffee.

Close to ASV

We had a great stay here. John was responsive when we had a question or need. Very close to ASV so you can drive back and forth in between games with no problem. The downside to this property is the master had no dressers or drawers. There was a garment rack but with only a couple hangers so we had to live out of a suitcase for a week. The bed was also not the most comfortable but it was clean

The house was perfect for what we needed it for to sleep, but when your there for a week for Cooperstown for baseball and they know there should be more thing your able to have there, for example things to cook with (crockpot, seasoning, etc). each person got 1 towel, and there are 2 roof leaks. Also, when you do laundry there it drains really loud on the bathroom, and then the sink leaks afterwards.

I was very happy with my stay. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was about a 5 min drive to All Star Village and close to lots of food options. Check in was easy and the communication was very prompt with the property owner.
