WIFI. Heating package of 20 € / week from October to May. Private parking space. New bedding. Electric heating. Washing machine. Balcony furniture. Common local bike. Very good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, supplement animal (1 small dog allowed), deposit by bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, [hidden]
