Perros guirec
Bonne semaine . Appartement très bien situe face à la mer.
Mais pas d’accueil du propriétaire. On passe à l’agence qui gère pour obtenir les clés. Agence qui ne se situe pas à perros guirec. Du coup les anomalies constatées notamment l’ouverture d’une porte fenêtre n’ont pas été réglées puisque personne n’est venue.
De même au départ l’interlocuteur de l’agence ne pouvant passer qu’à 11h nous avons déposé les clés dans la boîte aux lettres de l’agence sans aucun contact.

Effectivement en réservant sur Abritel il est indiqué que l'annonce est gérée par une agence et non le propriétaire du logement. Avant votre arrivée nous vous faisons parvenir un mail vous indiquant que nous vous accueillerons à notre agence de Trégastel qui est la commune à côté de Perros-Guirec. Concernant les anomalies constatées, nous vous indiquons que vous avez 72h pour nous en faire part et nous avons des artisans disponibles pour intervenir dans nos logements pour tout type de réparations. Pour le départ effectivement durant la période de forte affluence nous ne sommes pas forcément en capacité de passer avant 10h, pour ne pas vous mettre en retard sur la route nous vous proposons de déposer vos clés dans notre boîte au lettre, cette procédure a été mise en place dans votre intérêt pour vous éviter de nous attendre trop tardivement.
