Located on the ground floor of a house 5 minutes walk from local shops, the accommodation is quiet and spacious (60m2) with two bedrooms, a large kitchen, a large bathroom (12m2) with a large bathtub / shower, a separate toilet and has two private parking spaces. The bedding is new and comfortable (160x200 + 2x 80x200), and the kitchen fully equipped. The apartment has a small private courtyard with a terrace.
