Welcome to "Paradise Blu" at Blue Mountain Beach, a luxury townhome located on the scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Come relax in the sunshine on our beautiful sugar sand beaches! With two family rooms and 4 bedrooms, this home is perfect for 2 families, a multigenerational group or a group of friends.

The rooftop terrace is a unique feature that won't disappoint! Whether you want to take in the views while enjoying a cup of coffee or gather together while watching the sunset for the day, it is the perfect spot to create lasting vacation memories.

Thirty Blu also has a beautiful heated pool with a grilling station with plenty of outdoor seating if you'd like to cook out and swim.

There are beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys and a wagon provided for guests to help make your day at the beach carefree and fun.

All within 1 block of "Paradise Blu" is a local organic grocery store, yoga studio, homemade ice cream, several restaurants (fish tacos!!), bakery serving fresh baked pastries, coffee and donut shop as well as a bike rental service that has everything you need to explore the area on 2 wheels.

"Paradise Blu" Layout:

The first floor living room has a sectional couch providing plenty of seating to watch TV or movies on the 70" flat screen TV. There are also games, puzzles and foosball for when rain showers pass through. Laundry facilities are located on this floor as well as the 1st floor Bedroom Suite. It has an adjoining bath that can be accessed from the living room or bedroom. This bedroom includes a queen size bed, 2 twin beds and makes a great bedroom for families with children or those with limited mobility.

On the second floor you will find a fully stocked chef's kitchen, dining space able to accommodate up to 10, and another spacious living room with a 65" TV. Down the hall is the 2nd Bedroom Suite with a king bed and it's own adjoining bath with walk-in shower.

The third floor offers 2 separate Bedroom Suites which are perfect for families. Bedroom 3 offers a luxurious king size bed, adjoining master bath with shower/tub combo and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 4 provides two queen size beds, reading nook and adjoining bath with shower/tub combo.

The spiral staircase leads you to the fourth-floor, 360 degree roof-top terrace. It provides ample seating and the perfect spot for sunbathing or a cocktail at sunset. Fabulous spot to enjoy the magnificent views!

***Important information***

1. There are 2 parking spaces provided and tenants MUST display parking permits on their front dash. Additional parking is available on-site in first come first served visitor spots and along 30A.

2. Minimum Age Rental Requirement is 25 and primary renter must be a guest during the entire stay. There must be at least one adult (25+) present for each 3 guests below age 25.

3. No Smoking inside or outside in common areas.

4. No Pets or animals of any kind. Our HOA prohibits them.

5. No Hammocks or hanging anything off of the rooftop terrace balcony.

Highly recommend!

So many great things to say about this property. It had all the big and small amenities we needed. It is walking distance to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. Claire and Michael were so helpful and responsive when we had questions the listing was spot on in accuracy. We had an extended-family vacation at this rental. The space was great for our family of five, which includes three kids +2 additional adults. The extra living room for the kids was great and was stocked with plenty of toys and games.

Awesome Beach Trip!

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Blu! Claire was very helpful and responsive. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to celebrate our Thanksgiving week with friends and family. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and lots of space to hang out – especially loved the roof top area! The beach, bakery and ice cream shop were a quick walk/golf cart ride away and loved having the beach chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening. We have never been to Blue Mountain and liked exploring a new (less crowded) area on 30A. Fabulous trip – thanks so much Claire!

Our stay here was amazing! The unit was beautifully furnished, and the kitchen was well equipped. Claire was the best hostess with all the extra special touches. She left mints at the bedside, make up remover, wipes in the bathrooms, and the yummiest homemade cinnamon rolls ❤️. We loved our stay!! 10/10!

We love the short walk to a quiet, beautiful beach and all the restaurant options within walking distance. Blue Mountain Beach is a little quieter than other 30A towns, so the beach is more open and accessible. The white sands, beautiful water and sunsets just hooked us!! The rooftop deck is amazing for coffee/cocktails and gorgeous sunsets. The wifi is strong up there so many folks have made it their "office" for the week. We love to host families- so we make sure the home is filled with things they need- baby gates/pack n play/changing pad/toys/boogie boards/chairs/towels/wagon/coolers/activities. Bring your bathing suit and enjoy! Claire loves to cook! We have a fully stocked kitchen- ready for you to make good use of all our gadgets and tools. Need a giant stock pot for a Southern Seafood Boil? We have it! Love your Nespresso? We have a Verturo machine- bring your favorite pods! Blenders, food processor, grill, slow cooker, plenty of pots & pans, nice knives and cutting boards- we've got it. Our cleaning team is top notch- they help us keep our home clean and fresh for each guest who stays with us.
