Overall, the property was great. Direct access to the resort-style pool was a bonus, along with all the beach supplies provided. We experienced a security breach issue, but the owners were very responsive and quick to resolve. We would consider staying at this property again and recommend for family vacations.

Family Getaway

We traveled with 8 adults and one infant. Each adult couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The layout and location of the house is perfect for a larger family or group of friends. Just feet away from an incredible swimming pool and a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the best stay! We came in late due to travel. Check-in was so simple. The house had all things needed for a stress free vacation. Grocery store was a few blocks down, the beach and shopping just a couple blocks down(easy walking distance). This was the perfect spot. We will be coming back!

From the beginning to end the host was GRACIOUS and AVAILABLE for all questions we had. The home was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, SECURE and CONVENIENTLY LOCATED near attractions and beach. If you are looking for a rental this is the one. I have been taking my children and grandchildren on family vacations for some time and this property was right at the top of the list. The owners were amazing, the house was amazing, the resort style pool right out the back door was amazing. Although this property is not right on the beach, it is just a short golf cart ride down the street. My grandchildren would rather be at the pool anyway. The owners are very attentive and have provided everything you could think of to make your trip enjoyable and stress free. Our family would most definitely plan to stay here again!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. House was clean with plenty of towels and beach supplies. Loved the pool. Easy access, clean, and well maintained. Lots of spices/coffee service. Plenty of dishes/silverware for everyone. We did rent a golf cart which was handy to go to beach and downtown. Really only suggestion would be to add TVs in the 3 bedrooms upstairs.

Beautiful home and a wonderful experience through Ryan & Jen. They were responsive, informative and accomodating from the beginning of the process through the very last day of the trip. Could not recommend them highly enough.The house was perfect for our party of 8 adults and a 9-month old. The location was great, minutes from beach and activities and in a gated neighborhood. Pool access was a dream, the house was super-clean and had everything we needed.It's not often everything goes perfectly with the house, the owners and the stay itself, but happily that was how this trip went. I'd stay here again, or in any home Ryan & Jen offer, in a heartbeat.

The best of 30A

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property. We had four couples and two kids on the trip and there was something for everyone. We loved the convenience of having a pool just steps outside the back door, relaxing porch, and we were just a few blocks to the beach with ample parking. Across from the beach there are some cute local shops and restaurants. The layout of the entire home flowed so beautifully and the rooms were so spacious and had great closet space which were perfect for our family. Ryan and Jen were always quick to respond to any questions or requests and we loved having them as our hosts. We look forward to booking here next year for our family trip.

Perfection on Santa Rosa Beach

This property was simply amazing! The house was so exceptionally nice - roomy, beautiful decor & every amenity you can think of. The screened in porch was only a few steps from the huge & gorgeous pool. We want to return when it's warm enough to swim! It's only 1/2 mile to the beautiful Gulf & close to restaurants & everything else. Ryan & Jen were awesome! They checked on us from before we checked in and often during our stay. We didn't have any problems but there's no doubt they would have resolved them immediately. I wish we could give more than 5 stars!!
