The villa is located in the commune of Le Moule, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. At 45 minutes drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 5 minutes to reach the town of Le Moule and a little less than 15 minutes to reach the marina of Saint-François, the neighboring town and find all the conveniences there: shopping area, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish and spice market and even a cinema.

You will not miss the famous Marina of Saint-François, where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants and shop in its many boutiques. The International Golf of Saint-François, the Casino, and the Aerodrome are all located only 15 minutes from your exceptional villa in Guadeloupe.

The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (beach of the Other Edge, Anse à L'eau, Anse à la Gourde,) are only 5 minutes away from your superb vacation villa. For water sports lovers, the surf spots of Le Moule are the most famous in Guadeloupe. You can even walk to the spot of Anse Salabouelle with your board under your arm. For wing foil, funboard or kite, the famous spot of the trade winds is 5 minutes away by car.
