Recent house in Provence on one level on a property of 4000 m2 with independent entrance and easy parking in front of the house (in front of the front door)

The house is air-conditioned as a whole
The wifi is done by fibre

lagoon pool and its soothing waterfall with the water trickling over the rocks and ending up in the pool
It has been designed for all ages (no stairs, gentle descent): the youngest will be able to splash around at the level of the submerged beach without apprehension and the most daring will venture further, the adults will cool off and play in the middle of the pool (1m60) our elders can access it without difficulty
It is fenced and the pool is secured by an alarm (let's all be vigilant and responsible so that the children are not in any danger)

Access to the pool is not allowed to the person outside the rental
It is to be shared with the owners
its maintenance is done in the morning
Sunbeds are at your disposal

You have two private terraces not overlooked with a view of the pool and the garden
An electric plancha is at your disposal

Peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city where nature is respected

For the pleasure of the eyes, at the end of the access path you can contemplate the Mont Ventoux

The doors are 90cm wide to facilitate accessibility for people with reduced mobility
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower (large width)
The accommodation is equipped with 8 beds (max 6 adults) and we can add 2 cots on request (our eldest daughter had twins we are equipped with)

You are the only holidaymakers on the property

We can provide you with furniture for babies and young children on request (2 cots, high chair, changing table, etc.)

The house can accommodate 6 adult places, 2 child places and 2 baby places.

You will stay in the middle of nature being however close to amenities
and typical Provençal villages. you will be close to Saint Didier with its nougat maker and its market on Mondays and Saumane Fontaine du Vaucluse with canoe trips and its specialised catering with fresh trout also Le Beaucet with its fountain of youth (saint gens)

Close to many walking circuits, Thouzon caves, the village of the bories, the fountain of the vaucluse and its first source in France and the largest in the world by its volume of water flowed, l'isle sur la sorgue (its large Provençal market on Sunday morning) near gordes d'Avignon and at the gateway to the Lubéron, for children the spirou park and water park Wave island For gourmets many market gardeners, goatherds, oil mill different markets (its famous producer market in Velleron, the wine route of the Côtes du Rhône

Our house is located on the property not overlooked and we make it a point of honour that the stay of our guests goes as smoothly as possible.

You will find in the house a file on the sites not to be missed, the markets and our good deals that we share with pleasure
