Place was perfect for our long weekend. Convenient and close to everything. Made getting around town simple and fun. Would definity recommend if heading to Aspen.
Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this unit which is well furnished with all the amenities one might need. Market across the street is VERY convenient. Everything in Aspen is Walking distance. When we come back we will definitely stay there again.
The property is very clean, quiet and sits in a perfect location in Aspen. The wifi worked well for the times we needed to login to work. Check-in requires you to go onsite to the property management company next to the airport - this could be simplified with a text message that provides you the lock code when it is time to check in.
Overall a great stay and would stay here again.
We’ll furnished and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and a nice selection of herbs and spices. Only 3 blocks from the Rugby pitch and the grocery store across the street. Parking was convenient. Check in instructions came through only 2 hours before check in so I missed the stop at the airport business park building to pick up the door code.
The apartment was in a great location and well equipped. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that there was no A/C when booking and that was a bit painful on a hot weekend in Aspen. Otherwise it was comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 2 young children
Great condo in the heart of Aspen. A little inconvenient to have to go out near the airport to check in, and be given a key code. The place was clean, well appointed. It is a three flight walk-up. And parking is hit or miss. All in all, perfectly fine.
Clean, but worn and tired. Loved the service and support from the management company. Recommend that owner buy a floor air conditioner for those increasingly hot summer days/nights in Aspen.
Little more space in the master closet.
Came to Aspen for a wedding with friends and would say overall this place was great. The check-in process was easy, the location was incredible, located right in town so close to everything, including a grocery store across the street. We didn't cook at the place but they had everything there if you were to go that route. A few things to note, unit is on the third story so you have to walk up two flights of stairs. There is no AC so it could get a little hot, we ended up sleeping with box fans in the windows during the night and that helped to keep it cool. Lastly, the bedrooms face a back alley that right next to the art museum so it could get very loud late at night/early morning with trucks and people. I wouldn't say these would deter us from renting again, however something to keep in mind when booking. the location really made it all worth it!
Ease of location made it perfect…
Except unit was dark bc it was tucked back in back, and dark devil didn’t help.
It was very warm and could not get cool bc it was in back of unit and no wind flow.
Also, a little weird to have personal pictures in main view.
But, had all the necessities we needed
The location is great…. right in town. The unit is nice but a little dated and bathrooms are small. If you go in the summer be aware that there is no AC so it can get quite warm. There is a temporary one set up in living room that isn’t strong enough to cool the unit. You need windows open and the bedroom windows open to the ally which is noisy. There are plenty of fans. FYI. Kitchen is well equipped but there is no working ice maker in the fridge..
