55 and older community. Just a piece of paradise!

Not even 1 mile from the Gulf of Mexico !

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Condo. Couldn’t ask for a better location . Exactly 2 miles from Marco Island A little private island. Fish in the backyard. A public boat launch is located down the street. Boats for rent are located less than 1000, feet from your front door. Rent a kayak or paddle board for the day from the beautiful state park located down the street.
New on the market for rent. Everything you need for a month or two.
Walk to the Tiki bar across the street or a fancy Italian restaurant located down the street .
Pick up the fresh coconuts on your way home. Just enjoy your time it’s laid back and beautiful! Watch the sunrise every morning from your bed or have your coffee on the lanai.
Close to golf courses at least 5 of them!
Only renting it this year for a few months. You won’t be disappointed.

Tarpon Village Treat

Host & neighbors were all very friendly. Great view of sunrises from unit. Walking distance to four (4) very fine restaurants/tiki bars. Convenient laundry in unit.

We stayed for March 2022, the condo was in a great location, all tenants were so friendly and accommodating and all was great! Toni was available to take care of all our needs and requests without question. Weather was exceptionable! The month went too fast.

Relaxing Vacation

If relaxation us what you are looking for, this is the place. Wonderful owner Toni, beautiful condo that is well equipped. Friendly residents, quiet away from the hustle and bustle. 4 restaurants within walking distance to enjoy local food. Would definitely come again!

Truly a slice of paradise

Clean, comfortable with all the amenities, a bottle of wine greeted us! The people in the community could not have been nicer and we found great, affordable golf and beautiful beaches nearby. The owner was so accommodating. Would highly recommend renting here.
