Perfect condo with great beach access

We really enjoyed the condo. It was so clean, organized and nicely decorated. Stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach. Ed was great to work with and communicated quickly when i had question. Check in and check out was simple. I liked that we could walk over to the JW and go to all of their bars and restaurants as well. Great stay , would highly recommend.

Good Choice

We enjoyed 3 days in Marco. The condo worked out well - fresh, clean, and well supplied. Better than the pictures. Great location for public beach access and restaurants at JW Marriott.

We cannot say enough good things about this condo! The location was amazing…walking distance to many restaurants/bars and across the street from beach access! The unit was immaculate and equipped with anything we may have needed. The owner responded immediately when we reached out with a question. We LOVED every moment of our quick getaway!

Amazing location close to the beach

One of the best properties we visited ever. It does not need more words, perfect for couples trying to disconnect from work and family routine. Good restaurants surrounded and the beach crossing the street. The host Ed is very kind and always ready to answer any question. The property is very clean and with a lot of touches of bight level live style. My wife and I definitely come back.

Fall getaway

We arrived at our condo just as Helene was heading up the Florida Gulf coast. Fortunately Marco Island missed the brunt of the storm but a lot of places weren't open so we did spend a lot of time in the condo. The condo was very comfortable, spacious, and very bright and charming, which made it a lot easier to spend more time indoors than we normally would. After 2 days we were finally able to get to the beach and were happy for the close and easy beach access that is located across the street. Our host Ed was very helpful and very responsive to all questions that we had. I would absolutely stay at this condo again and highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Marco Island.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was the cleanest, nicest one we have ever stayed in. It was nicely updated and immaculate. The amenities were the best we have ever had from coffee for the mornings, toiletries and laundry supplies. Marco Island is a wonderful area and we highly recommend a visit here. perfect location and beautiful condo

We can't wait to return to Marco. This property is a great location as its right across the street from the public beach walkway. The condo is stocked with everything you could want including a wagon, chairs and coolers for the beach. The place is immaculate. Bed was comfortable, bathroom stocked with plenty of towels. The balcony perfect for morning coffee and breakfast or evening happy hour. Best rental I think we ever had for all the above reasons. Thanks Ed.

Very enjoyable

As advertised. Ed supplied the required gate and room codes just before our trip and responded timely to any of our inquiries. The beach is literally a five minute walk right across the road. Wonderfully located with shops and restaurants minutes away by car but walkable weather permitting. Only suggestion I would have is bring a fan if you don’t want to listen to the ac unit running. Definitely would stay here again but not in the summer as it is way too hot and humid outside in September (cool inside). The outdoor pool was very clean and wonderful respite from the heat when it was too hot to walk to the beach. All the personal care products and coffee supplied. Very clean and perfectly kept. Thank you Ed.

Beautiful and Immaculate!

The condo was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Nice touches like toothbrushes, mouthwash, shampoo and conditioner. Even two chocolates on the kitchen table! The only drawback was that even though the beach is across the street, it is a long walk if you have to carry bags and chairs. A cart would be helpful.

Great rental, in Marco Island, along Collier Blvd., w/ direct Beach Access across the street.

To be a first-time VRBO customer, everything turned out great! from this experience. Everybody has a "List of Priorities" or wants, when looking for a rental location. Mine was, Beach Accessibility. (at Marco Island) I did not want to load up the car everyday, then drive north or south along Collier Blvd, to get to a public beach and park the car. I spent many, many hours of time searching & researching first, before deciding on this rental. Reading the previous reviews, that were posted here, stating that there was beach access right in front of this building, to walk right across the street..... sure got my attention. I have to say, reading the previous reviews were CORRECT on that issue. Granted, there was a short walk to the actual beach or shoreline. To look at photo's #33 then #32, great reference there. They have provided over 35 photo's for your review. Great presentation of that property. All those submitted photo's are 100% true representation of that condo location. Also the beach area was clean !! Very nice place to stay for a week or longer, has many upgrades, including KitchenAid appl., large flat screen TV's, very clean, even Bosch washer & dryer that I used, etc........ I reached out to Ed, the owner, a few times, before, during, and after, and he always replied back. He was very helpful., and a good person to work with. As for UNIT location, I could not ask for a better location, Ed's condo is right off the elevator, so U are not walking down a long outside walkway. Being right next to the elevator, I never had any issues or noise from outside the door, from other people. I could not have asked for anything better. There is a statement or quote you hear about, -- You get what you pay for. I am a firm believer in that. IF & when I am able to visit Marco Island again, I would NOT hesitate to work with Ed again and see if I could rent their condo out. EVERYTHING went well for me, and I sure don't have any complaints. I would highly recommend this location, & working thru Vrbo, and making contact with Ed, for this location.
