The Apollo is located on Marco's beautiful South Beach. View Florida's beautiful sunsets from your private balcony. Dolphins swim, pelicans dive and gulls populate the beachfront. Unit 405 has one bedroom, one bath, a kitchenette, cable TV and internet. The Apollo hosts the Sunset Grill where you may watch the sun set while dining. An exercise room is available and under-roof parking is provided for guests. Tennis courts are also available. The Apollo pool is large and heated, and a Jacuzzi is available. Every floor has a coin or credit card washer and dryer.
The parking at the Apollo Condominium is $45.00 for the entire stay payable at the front desk.

Perfect couple getaway

The apartment was perfect for us. The sunsets were wonderful every night. Steps from the beach and a quality pool area. Lots of excellent food choices in the area. Do yourself a favor and go to Dulce Mare for dessert!

Anniversary Getaway

We enjoyed our time on Marco Island. We sat on the balcony enjoying the sunset three of the four nights. Appreciated the beach gear. We also appreciated the privacy and quiet. We would certainly consider staying there again.

Ocean Front Getaway

The unit was exactly as described - no surprises there at all and the host made herself readily available. The condo building is older but well kept. I would recommend this location and unit for 1-2 people. We enjoyed our stay and would consider a repeat in the future.

Very Nice Vacation

We had a little trouble with our check-in process, but the Host were quick to respond and made everything rightg. The place is very clean, with a fabulous view. The two of us had plenty of room and the kitchen has everything you need. No stove though, but we didn’t miss it. We definitely go again.

Great Property

This is a great apartment. It’s quite small, but it was perfect for my wife and I for a Marco vacation. The owners were great communicators and check in and check out was very smooth. They also provided beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a beach buggy to haul everything down to the beach. Our only constructive feedback would be that the information booklet provided in the apartment was a bit out of date with what the current policies are and there are very minimal basic necessities provided (toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, etc). Overall, this is a fantastic place and which I would recommend to anyone.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a few days at the beach! The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and functional for guests. We loved watching dolphins and sunsets from the balcony and it was an easy walk to the pool and beach. The building made it simple for family staying farther down the beach to come visit us, and we also enjoyed the tasty food and convenience of the Sunset Grille on the ground level. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing spot on Marco Island!

Beautiful Place

We have stayed in many different condos at the Apollo over many years. This condo unit by far was the best! The condo was completely updated, clean and beautiful inside. All the decor matches the beach theme. Rosanna was extremely nice and helpful. We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We will be staying here again. Thank you so much!

Great getaway!

We had a great time in Marco Island! We would highly recommend renting from Rossana! She made the process so simple and her communication was always quick and clear. Their condo is absolutely perfect for a couples getaway or even a small family. It has everything you would need and more! They even provided some coffee, dishwasher pod so you can truly get in the space and create a plan. The weather wasn’t ideal for most of our stay but we were still able to enjoy the view and listen to waves while we sat on the balcony! We were within walking distance to several restaurants and then you have a restaurant in the condo building itself. You will not regret booking this beautiful condo!

This is it!!!

Having stayed in a few other VRBO condos on various beaches around FL, my wife and I had yet to stay in Marco Island. After some research, I found this listing for 405 Apollo. The reviews and photos looked nice. So I booked it, hoping it would be as good as everyone said…. Well, were we surprised. The pre-stay communications with the host was fantastic, the check-in was smooth and easy and then we walked in the door. AMAZING VIEW… as we looked around the condo it appeared as if we were the first to ever stay here. Exceptionally clean, well stocked with everything needed and attractively furnished in a beach theme. I do believe we have found our favorite get-away location. After spending 5 nights there, we cannot wait to go back. Fantastic condo within a short walking distance to restaurants and shops Thank you Rossana and Steve for such a nice place.

10/10 Family Stay

This was a perfect property for our week-long family vacation. The space was obviously recently updated, so was fresh, clean and quite comfortable. It was just the right size for my wife, teenager (14) and me, with the teenager on the pull-out sofa in the living room. (You could swap one teenager for 2 smaller children, I'd guess.) The kitchen is a bit limited (toaster oven vs traditional oven) but we had not problem with making our own meals (and thanks for the Keurig coffees!) The view is amazing and we saw dolphins making their feeding run every morning with our coffee. Access to the beach (and pool) is incredibly easy and the hosts have left all the amenities your family needs (chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, toys & cart (cart is a big deal!)). The beach is covered in shells - more than we imagined - and the surf was gentle, not crashing. We also checked out Tigertail (about 15 min drive away - and a pretty long walk). It is a 1/2 mile walk to several restaurants, ice cream/gelato, shopping, souvenirs, and gas station and about a 10-minute drive to groceries. It was also nice to have the Sunset Grill downstairs that fills up for every sunset. Most things shut down about 9p so it is very easy to emphasize early mornings and full adventure days. Check-in, parking logistics, and check-out were easy. And the hosts were quite responsive, although we really didn't need anything urgent. We'll put it at the top of the list for a return.

We have been visiting Marco Island since the 1980's and love it. We are both retired; my husband from the U.S. Department of State and I from a small furniture business. Marco Island is our second home and we always love coming here to enjoy the island atmosphere and sunshine.

Why they chose this property

Apollo 405, one of the middle units, offers a bit more balcony privacy because it is walled on both sides. The 4th flooor level a commanding view of the beach and Gulf without the detached feeling that the higher levels may impart. Rossana enjoys decorating and has designed the unit to combine the sensation of being at home and also on a tropical vacation. We offer WiFi in the apartment (access code needed and provided) and standard cable TV channels.

The beach in front of the Apollo is located at the very south tip of Marco Beach and is unique in several ways. First, there are rocks that break up the erosion and offer a change of view, fishing points and sites where birds gather to seek food. On very low tide days, one may walk further down and see views of the 10,000 islands. The beach is amply sized and one is assured of finding a quiet area to enjoy the sun.

What makes this property unique

The location is good for those who may wish to fish from the shore, the beach is home to a variety of birdlife, fish, dolphins and others and offers spectacular views of the Gulf and beach. Weddings are sometimes performed on the beach and yoga classes are also offered daily. Marco Island has a wonderful library, YMCA, mini-golf, medical and shopping.
