The public boat launch ramp Collier Boulevard Boating 3620 Collier Blvd. is not far from the condo by water, it is located on the North end of Collier Blvd., just before the Isle of Capri bridge and north of the Marco Island bridge (right before you come onto the island). They should have ample boating parking.

This is such a unique property, literally the pool is 10 feet from the back livingroom patio door and the water dock is 30 feet away, you have the best of both worlds! If you love to fish, this is a great spot, rest and relax on the dock or fish your heart out. Beautiful views with LOTS of wildlife, Cranes, Pelicans, Dolphins and Manatee swim right up to the dock.
