The Lazy Turtle Too (Next Door to Original) Vacation Rental - Amelia Island

Life is better at the beach! Relax and rejuvenate in our 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. Retreat to the master with king bed, smart TV and a private bath. We are located in a very quiet and secluded setting under the oak trees at the back of the resort complex. Our 1,100 square foot, second floor condo has vaulted ceilings, skylights, luxury vinyl plank floors, and a bright, airy feeling. There is NO ELEVATOR and you must be able to navigate stairs to access our condo. Come enjoy the beach!

The amenities include:

*A designated parking space (& additional visitor space)

*Central air/heat

*KING size bed in master

*Smart TV in master

*Third bedroom can be converted from 2 twins to short king

*High speed cable and wireless internet

*Smart tv in Living Room

*Fully equipped kitchen

*Large capacity washer and dryer (detergent provided)

*Linens, towels and beach towels provided

*beach chairs provided and several beach towels

*Hair dryers in both bathrooms

*Pool, tennis courts, playground, and picnic area with grills on the property

NOTE WORTHY:

*Approximately 10 minute walk from the condo to the Sadler Road public beach access (& only 0.2 miles to Beach Access 24). This Sadler Road access is one of the best on the beach with public restrooms, picnic tables, a foot washing station, a beach-front restaurant (i.e. Sliders), and plenty of parking if you choose to drive rather than walk to the beach.

*Approximately 30-40 minutes to JAX International Airport.

Fantastic Sister Trip!

This property was perfect for our sister trip (4 of us)! The location is quiet and feels secluded, but it's only a short walk to the beach & close to restaurants, the grocery & other shops. The property was very clean & the kitchen was well equipped for all of our meals. We recommend this rental!
