This splendid, one bedroom, one bath condominium is located in the Sunstone complex above Juniper Springs Lodge, next to Mammoth's Eagle Lodge & Ski Lift. Located in stunning Mammoth Lakes, California, it features convenient winter ski-in and ski-out access (Eagle Express Lift*) for the ultimate skiing experience., with locker room to store your skis. No dogs, cats, or pets allowed. Just steps away from hiking trails and a short drive from many lakes and the Sherwin Mountain range for summer adventures. You are on the side of the complex with breathtaking mountain views from the living room and private balcony. All the amenities of home, and then some, with free private high-speed Wifi connection which will allow guests to continue to use their cell phones and have internet service. Many other condos do not have premium hi speed Wifi. Parking is in a secure underground heated garage (one vehicle).

This unit has a nicely upgraded kitchen with modern appliances including a large microwave, oven, and dishwasher. It is well stocked with cooking pots, pans, dishes, utensils, crockpot, coffee maker, ice crushing blender, etc, for those that enjoy cooking. This spectacular condominium sleeps up to 4, with a king-size bed in the private bedroom. We get many compliments on how comfortable our bedroom bed is, with the upgraded mattress. It has a living room sofa bed with a new memory foam mattress to give you the comfort of sleeping in a comfortable normal bed. The living room has a 40" flat screen TV, gas fireplace, free premium high speed wireless internet, cable TV, and DVD. Also has a TV in the bedroom. Additional power supply outlets have been installed in the living room and bedroom to take care of your power needs.

Located right on the ski slopes of Chair 15 (Eagle Express*) for winter use, and hiking/mountain biking trails in the summer. Fantastic year-round heated pool and jacuzzi, and free use of guest ski lockers just steps from access to the ski slopes. As if that were not enough, the common areas also provide stainless outdoor barbecues (seasonal), 24-hour exercise room, laundry room with convenient credit card/app payment, and wireless Internet for your use throughout the complex. Enhanced high-speed internet available within the condo (not shared with other units). To relax a bit before or after skiing, there is a wonderful huge lounge/great room with a large fireplace hearth.

No smoking is allowed in the unit or common areas. No pets are allowed in the complex, dictated by the Covenants and Restrictions Rules of this Condo complex and town of Mammoth Lakes.

Condo parking allows for one car to be parked during rental period.
